Waiting 4 months for the product and they didn’t have a clue where it was and asked for refund and refund hasn’t come through and it been a month so now out $800 because this company. Also when tried to contact and email them they didn’t respond back to my partner and me

An absolutely terrible customer service. No email or phone reply. Can’t contact them or ask for a refund. Order was placed more than a month ago and I have no idea whether it’s even coming or not. If you value your time, do not order from them!

I made a purchase online and had no communication for 2 weeks when it will be shipped etc. I persisted to contact them as I was concerned via email and phone, and as I had no reply tried my luck on their facebook page. Finally I had a response, and my items were shipped. Nearly 3 weeks after ordering, the items were received. Happy with the items, but very poor communication.

No at all happy with their service. We sent our door bell back in December and have still heard nothing back from them. We were told a replacement would be sent and still nothing! No calls are being answered and no response on email!

Recieved a phone call from the team who explained the situation which I was appreciative of. Highly recommend and the team has great customer service.

They notified me by email that the item I purchased was out of stock in December 2022 and that I would receive a refund. I have phoned and emailed several times. NO response and NO refund.

The staff i talked to via chat was very helpful. They sorted out a shipping situation for myself easily by understanding the issue straight away and providing the necessary step for me to follow to fix it. First time buying with them and now I just have to wait for my product. Thank you for sorting out my shipping/pick up mistake.

Please dont subscribe people who never subscribed to you to their emailing lists.this is really unappreciated.

Fantastic shop and people so helpful. My parcel arrived in Auckland overnight and when opened was all broken. I rang and explained the situation and it was replaced over night with another one. No hesitation.

I want to say about the online Customer Service I experienced with Office Connect. It was very quick and precise and considering its a Public Holiday today, extremely efficient. I was super impressed by Ren who I was connected to and would not hesitate to recommend. Its so often that the back up services in companies is disappointing but definenatly not in Office Connect! Thank you!

Super friendly and super helpful people here - it looks like a small family run office supplies business with a reasonable range of printer supplies, printers, hard drives, cell phone accessories and art supplies. They might not have the range of products that warehouse stationery has or PB Technologies, but they make up for it in pricing and customer service. Definitely going back to see Pawan when i need more replacement ink for my printer.

Amazing service! After a bit of confusion, partly on my end about an item being in stock, which could be stated a bit clearer about where the item is in stock when there is only one store and no mention of an Auckland Distribution Centre, one would assume the item is in stock at the store as it still stated 'in stock' when I purchased online for pick up. Nevertheless, following that issue I contacted someone through the instant chat service to get my order changed to delivery to my address as it was urgent and I have to say, the communication was great with almost instant responses and they were super helpful with all my queries and I received my order within 2 days even with the changes. Definitely recommend these guys and really appreciate the help from them.

During lockdown i ordered and had delivered some office equipment online from Office Connect Tauranga. After it was delivered, I needed some advice. Spoke with Ren who was a saint - I am a "dinosaur" and he was very very patient with me. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely love this store with it's wide variety of amazing products that will suit everybody at affordable prices. The staff are amazing as they have such a vast array of knowledge of all the products they sell. They go above and beyond the normal customer service. We shop there first and always.
