Omni Tech - Papamoa Plaza

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Screen protector which the Omnitech person applied for me. The screen protector promptly broke once I got home as soon as I put the phone case on.

Tried returning it and had it explained to me that curved edge screen protectors aren’t always compatible with phone cases so they aren’t covered for return/refund. That’s ok, but should have been disclosed before purchasing the protector because it may have changed my purchasing decision.

Two stars given instead of one due to the person there who was very nice and apologetic and offered a discount in future service.

Lady was so helpful, friendly and new exactly what I needed to do and she did it for me while I waited and replaced my screen which was broken and servicewas fantastic she also
put a glass new screen price was great buand Services fantastic thsnk you so much for all.yoyr time and help

Absolutely shambles of a business.

Incorrectly advised it would take "2 hours" to repair a Samsung phone. I went back in (post paying a deposit) and was then told the phone would need to be couriered.

I requested a refund. No reply in nearly 2 weeks. No refund. Next step will be lodging st small claims court. Waste of everyone's time.

The company felt unorganised, uncaring and uncomfortable to deal with. There are so many options out there, do yourself a favour and remember OmniTech and walk straight past. Not worth the risk.

Came in for a phone to be repaired as it would not work, they rebooted the phone for us and fixed the issues, saved us hundreds. Great service

They replaced my screen about 5 weeks ago, customer service was impeccable. Today I returned as my screen was frozen, again awesome customer service. Screen frozen due to me, not updating. They updated for me at no charge. Very unexpected, much appreciated.

These guys are great! Got a new iPhone and they recommend I get a screen protector and camera covers to protect my phone. Two days later I dropped my phone and the camera covers saved my camera lenses from cracking. Definitely worth it!

I needed my phone screen replaced on my iPhone, and to their credit it they did it quickly for $350. But they never informed me that it wasn’t an Apple part so my phone dies extremely quickly and the a lot of the screen features no longer work. If I had have known that the part was a third party screen I never would have paid the money, unacceptable not letting a consumer know this before performing the repair
