Total time wasters, Money wasters. My phone was dropped of 2 weeks ago, and I was told 3 days. After 5 days of not hearing anything I rung up and asked what was happening, and I was told I could pick it up the next day. I went in and they didn't have it. Since then I have been mucked around for weeks! The guy in bethlehem kept trying to make it other peoples problems. Many times I have been told "I will get back to you" and have heard nothing and i'm totally over it! Still have not got it. Will never ever use and again and definitely do not recommend! If I could give this 0 stars, I would!

Great service friendly staff member Daman, replaced screen protector that recently was replaced but had cracked without charging me again. Highly recommend!

They had my phone for weeks, yet when it came to fixing my charging problem, they couldnt. Wasted $100 here for the shipping fee and for the processing fee. It was a huge waste of time and I just think they're scamers

I send a simple Huawei for a screen replacement, at end of May 2021. They made me go to the store twice before getting a final word from them that somehow the motherboard had water damage and all data was lost. I couldn't believe it, I just wanted a screen and they cracked open my phone without consent for a motherboard they claimed faulty when I know it wasn't. I refused to pay and left the store. I got a new phone of course. And now 6 months after they asked me to come back to store and take the phone back. This company is beyond nasty, irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional. I encourage everyone please not use this company ever. After I got the phone back, I broke it in front of them and left the store.

Hopeless service from one of the staff who was just plain useless. No other word for it. Will never go back there again

Very helpful with advice and went out of their way to show me how to do a simple repair myself.

Deeply disappointed, almost two months after purchasing a refurbished phone with a faulty battery, Omnitech still hasn't replaced the phone, the battery, refunded my money or offered any kind of compensation. They have essentially stolen my money. Don't waste your time and money with this company. Awful service

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Was told to pick my phone up on Monday only to find the store closed (within business hours) with no sign on the door to explain why OR an email to me to say I wouldn't be able to get my phone.
Went in middle of the day Tuesday and my phone still hadn't been done. I had to wait around for it to be fixed.

We've just sent our ps4 to have it's disc tray fixed and we've been getting emails that somebody is trying to change passwords and emails on the ps4 it self. Something that has nothing to do with what they're suppose to be doing. Tbh it shouldn't even be on! Not happy AT ALL. Breach of privacy and shouldn't be touching the settings or passwords at all.

This was my partners ps4, and when we rang up to complain they insisted they didn't do it. Denied everything but they did. We have emails from PlayStation saying so.

My phone shattered a few weeks ago. I toke it in and she did it in 45 minutes fast easy. The lady was very very help full. 5 stars I will be coming back there no doubt

Had my screen replaced and had to keep chasing it up. Got phone back and it still wasn't working properly. Had to give it back to fix. This took about a month in the end and $850 was a bit excessive!

Purchased an expensive case, was told it would protect phone 'shock proof', took phone out of case (to change sim card) after owning for 1 month and back of brand new phone is smashed. Refused to refund even though the product is NOT FOT FOR PURPOSE. Obligations not met under consumer gaurentees act. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer service. Refused to refund a pair of headphones purchased three weeks earlier which stopped working properly, and unable to resonably justify why.
