Great shopping centre a pity the public toilets by the cafe at fashion island have closed tho

Every time I am in the parent room the same cleaner comes in and accuses my kids of throwing the yellow bits of the chairs everywhere, it’s super weird! Other than that good place to grab essentials and fast food

With Bayfair Mall on the left and the proposed new mall on the right, the Papamoa mall better sharpen it's act to keep/attract customers.

Needs better access for pedestrians and cyclists from the Wairakei stormwater reserve. People not arriving by car are not really catered for.

Update: a year later still nothing done. Please do something for people who want to use active transport to come to the Plaza

Once you figure out directions great experience. Variety and convenience and bargains are choice. A most pleasant mall to shop at.

Got food from food court, i had a lovely bubble tea, it was coconut milk wiv mango bubbles, so yummy & fulling

Great place to shop. Helpful advice at info counter. Heaps of food courts to choose from and also places to just sit and enjoy

Great little plaza, everyone is so friendly here, our son who is living with Autism loves this mall, not to busy for him great little play area for children I aide by the food court. Which is a great little food court, great sushi, burgers, Mexican food, pizza and many more things, there is also shake shed and co here which sells yummy Ice cream, hotdogs chips and bubble tea. Highly recommended this little mall.

Papamoa plaza is always clean and tidy, it as looking a bit rough for a couple of year but the renovations are great and the shops are all filled now

Be nicer if all the shops were linked up like fashion island but maybe this make it not so busy which is why I like it here,

To the Plaza Management Team your car parking need to be addressed to many trolleys left about not in carpark trolly bay Countdown and The Warehouse Management need to have this regularly We have just Retired to Papamoa

Amazing place under one roof wow loved it how the shops and there prices were reasonable so many shops if you're hunting for a bargain this is the place to be.

Like plaza in Papamoa because of the warehouse.countdown has quality fruit and vegetables.its handy to post office and chemist, clean toilets, and variety of shops for all budgets and tastes.

Small mall with something for everyone. Very clean, food hall, supermarket, The Warehouse, within a short walk of Fashion Island and Papamoa Surf Club.

Not to bad wasnt a fan of the grain bread but everything else was delicious fast good customer service

We weren’t impressed with this plaza! Unpleasant cooking smells when we were in there! Not a great selection of shops either.

Not too big a mall with a comfortable food court with a nice amount of eating establishment and two great cafe's with a smattering of other lovely stores around the outside, quaint countdown and descent sized warehouse

It was a nice place to look at not alot of people there so it was easy to get from shop to shop
