Bought a nice monitor from here, very responsive and good customer service young person knew alot about the products.

Oh, ho, ho, folks! You won't believe the wild ride I had at this tech store! You know, I'm not one for sticking to conventions, but this place had me cackling like a hyena with sheer delight.

First off, the staff here are a bunch of clowns (in the best way possible!). They greeted me with smiles that could make Batman jealous, and their knowledge of gadgets and gizmos would even impress the Riddler. Top-notch service, I must say!

The range of tech they offer is simply mind-boggling. I mean, I've seen some crazy stuff in my time, but this place had everything a tech-loving villain could dream of. From explosive gadgets that would make even Two-Face go "Wow! " to mind-bending VR experiences that had me feeling like I was in Arkham Asylum again.

And the best part? The prices were so low, it's like they were pulling a magic trick on my wallet! I had to double-check to make sure the Joker toxin wasn't messing with my vision. But nope, it was real—a tech paradise that won't break the bank!

Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Joker, how could you give a good review? Aren't you supposed to cause chaos? " Well, my dear readers, causing chaos isn't always about destruction. Sometimes, it's about appreciating the little things, like excellent service and quality products.

So, if you want to experience the tech madness that rivals my wildest schemes, head over to this store. Just remember to put on your best smile and leave your Batsy frowns at the door.

Good place for a technology lover. At that time didn't have what I was looking for but still good.

Not good service on returning items. Brought a present here for Christmas for my son but it was broken, took back to store and they tried to get it working but it was a dud, still waiting for a replacement 10 days later. Now can't get hold of customer service so not impressed

Consumer-level wholesale for heaps of IT gear. The local stock compared to the full online range can be a bit lacking, but it's handy having free click-and-collect when planning to pass by. The shop is typically busy, but you'll almost always get the best price possible, especially if you know what you're looking for and when to buy.

Ordered from PB Tech and stock had to be sent from Tauranga, item was sent very quickly and also received my item on a Saturday delivery which i did not expect, great job PB Tech Tauranga keep up the good work, tx so much!

PB Tech is a great place to get all your computer and IT needs. The Tauranga store has limited parking and their covid policy of one in, one out, was in place far longer than it needed to be, but other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Seems a great product but poor customer service/care. Phone call unanswered during store hours without call returned as requested in message even a week later. At store was almost turned away by a gruff security guard due to closing soon (with holiday hours I hadn’t realised) but on my insistence on click and collect was let in (was 3 mins til closing) only to be hassled a bit about my ID. A pretty poor customer experience for a brand new customer. I would recommend them training staff in the hospitality of service.

Competitive pricing on a lot of electronics makes this shop worth a visit if you're in the market

Recent interaction was so horrible wont be returning and will promote competitors when suggesting pc repairs, servicing or sales. Poor customer services, poor advice and just plain was not listening to problem.

15/11/22 update.
I have brought the component I require to fix the issue from a competitor which this store does stock and I got it at a cheaper price and fixed the problem I originally asked for assistance for.

Had to wait a bit to be served, maybe 5 min and 2 others waitng as well - not busy but staff seemed to be out the back.
Once served staff were helpful and informative and left satisfied. Would go again

A vast amount of technical knowledge at PB. A good referral to services outside of their scope.

Super successful computer store that runs on cost+ and has very nice deals. Pricing almost impossible to beat. Atmosphere is a bit like a high security prison but that's not their fault. Staff are very helpful. Unusually low number of Asian staff at this particular branch for this company

Uninterested staff and the guy who served me (who really didn't look like he wanted to be there) was searching for the dashcam I wanted for over 20 minutes and still couldn't find it so I walked out and bought one at Noel Leeming. Pick your customer service game up guys.it's not hard.

Not a well organized store. Still prefer to come over to the Hamilton one which has a better selection
