He got our phone restarted for 5 bucks.other place was gonna send it to Auckland. Needless to say I bought him a sixpack of beers for being honest!

Just needed data retrieved from an old Mac laptop. Service was polite and efficient with the cost reasonable.

Iphone 6s screen replacement.
He was very nice and as promised replaced within the hour for $100. Nothing wrong with the technician or workmanship.

BUT.
The off-market screen used is so sensitive and twitchy that just holding it, hovering my finger above the screen, or putting the phone in my pocket without closing it first have been a nightmare. It has placed calls, nearly bought numerous items, and the keyboard options when texting simply are no longer accessible with this screen.
Frustrating is the only word I can use for this screen. I wish I had stayed with my cracked screen or *gulp* paid for the actual Apple screen.hindsight 20/20.
(I would give the technician 4 stars if I had the option)

Had my Iphone fixed today, and was super happy with the service, did a great job, and at a really great price, also bought a bluetooth keyboard game changer.

I phoned them and asked if their iphone screen was 100% Genuine Original OEM Quality / Grade, before I drove there, they said yes. I even asked if the resolution, clarity / contrast, look and feel of the screen including the touch feel was the same, they said yes. I handed them my phone, they fitted their new screen, and I then got the phone back and compared against my other identical iphone I had with me and their screen was only 50% of the brightness and the colours were all washed out, it was not anywhere near OEM or AAA grade quality as they'd claimed. It was not gorilla glass with the nano factory coating as they claimed either. Very annoyed they lied to me and now I have to pay a Professional company to fit a Genuine OEM grade screen instead. Thanks for wasting my time and the worst part is they kept lieing to me telling me there was no difference both before and after the job was done, even when I held the genuine screen up beside their fake one and showed them that theirs was only half the quality and brightness / clarity etc. I wouldn't have minded as much if they'd been honest and upfront from the start but sadly these guys are not professional in their business dealings and feel that it's normal to keep lieing directly to their customers face even when they know they were just caught trying to cheat and trick me. Their technicians skills is fine, no issue there, but the quality of their screen replacement is terrible and if you care about your iphone screen looking bright with good colour and a nice feel when you use then then sorry I can't recommend you deal with this company as they don't know the first thing about "GENUINE QUALITY" for their screen repairs sadly.
