7This was my first visit to this Centre. Finding where I needed to go was not so easy. The reception provided a chart during the 'where to go' but having something in my hand to follow would have helped tremendously. Service at reception is just as important as the residents.
Family member in the hospital here. It's lovely but sometimes the care is a bit lacking. Constantly seems sorry staffed and necessary care isn't 100%
Lovely fresh and clean. Staff are lovely. I'm not staying there but a relative is and they are so kind to her and me when I visit.
Be aware, this care facility restricts access for residents to have contact with some family members and lifelong friends (this includes personal telephone calls and in-person visits which are forbidden) due to the manipulation by the family members with Power of Attorney. This is a direct violation of a resident's code of rights.
Some rooms have pleasant views but they tend to be selected. Some nursing staff are abrasive and unhelpful.
Nice location, nice people, rooms and buildings quite new and spacious. Management is really nice.
I am not qualified to properly judge the facility as have only visited as a serviceperson.
