Ranolf Medical Centre reviews
9 Lived away from Rotorua for a couple of years and coming back to Rotorua, hence I had to re-enroll with Ranolf medical centre.
It was really hard for me to re-enroll as they were already full with enrolled patients but the receptionist named Christie explained the procedures with details and actually cared my about my family with her passion.
Whether if I could re enroll or not, I give 5 stars because of Christies professionalism.
Thanks Christie.
Absolute worst Medical Centre we have been to regarding follow up. Four times they have not sent through urgent/normal scripts to the pharmacy for our son when he has been sick. Not only that, they have also lost his Covid swab test result and he has to have another two! Pulling out from this Centre.
If you want to get treated like an animal this is the place to go, especially if you have an accent.
Can’t be bothered to write but it was the worse experience ever with a doctor who kept swearing……etc
My mokopuna was sick and they told my daughter she was doing everything right. Didn't ask her anything. Put my mokopuna at risk of something worse.
Sharon is absolutely the best GP we have ever had. Genuinely interested in our family's wellbeing, goes the extra distance with communicating with us about test results.
Refused to treat my wife even if we were the only people around! What does the hippocrathoc oath means by the way. Don't go there!
Money grabbers! I made an appointment for my husband and was very spacific about what he needed. 2 vaccines for overseas travel, I even told her what vaccines he needed. I asked clearly “do you have the vaccines in stock” because aside from my husband not particularly wanting to see a GP this time, he wouldn’t want to pay twice (if he needed to go back he’d have to pay for a nurse visit), let alone have to GO BACK a second time. He works nights and sleeps during the day!
As it turns out he arrived at 7.50 for his 8am appointment, only to receive a snide comment from the receptionist “did you think you’d be late”!
The GP was good, hallelujah! BUT they didn’t have the vaccines in stock! And even if they did have them, the nurse didn’t start work until 8.30am!
Evidently he needed to go back a second time AND pay the nurse visit.who by the way was pretty unfriendly.
Flash surgery with very poor service! Time to move on!
