Pricing structure really needs work. Fast fashion should not cost retail or double the retail cost of buying new. Shein and Anko etc should be one or two dollars max

I have been into this shop twice in the last year. Both times I took the product UpTo the counter with the tag and was told " o no that's to cheap that can't be right, but you can buy it for. Amount" I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Prices are ridiculously expensive as well. Company is run my dodgy cowboys.

Went in today with my partner and witnessed one of the staff members accosting customers about not having masks on very rudely. They were treated very badly and told they would not be sold what they had cued up for. The appropriate questions were not asked "do you have an exemption? "
All the customers left, even the ones with masks on as it was a terrible display of human rights and discrimination. We will not be returning to this store and have written to management as this needs to be addressed professionally, especially if they want to stay open. Shocking behaviour!

Little short lady with brown hair obviously cant handle good looking people in the store so she asks them to put a mask on

Dreadful. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. The prices are a joke. My jaw hit the grubby ground. I picked up a beanie which was priced at $7.99 then I went straight to the kids clothes, picked up a jacket that was well loved and from The Warehouse. It was $16. I thought "to hell with this" and on my way out I peeped the prices of other items which were all $15-$18 plus and that was just for basic, cheap branded clothing. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time. Had bad energy in there.a real icky feeling. Will not be back.
Bloody ridiculous. The absolute cheek of it all.

Old lady at the front had rude customer service! And she was peeping over the top of the changing rooms while talking to me which made me really uncomfortable because i was only in underwear…: (

If you have some time on your hands to search through the recycled clothing some bargains can be found.

If you spend some time searching through you will find some pretty decent second hand clothing. Sometimes you can find some clothing that looks pretty much brand new and barely worn. Some good bargains!

Wide range of pre loved clothes available at reasonable prices. Helpful friendly staff. Parking available in the area.

Savenmart, Tawa Street, Mt Maunganui. There is a large range of pre loved clothes. Not a great selection of knick knacks, usually some yarn available, handbags, and linen. Prices are about average for a second hand store. Not a great selection of material or kitchenware.

You can find some good bargains here but some items seem a little expensive. Worth hunting for a secondhand gem though

Appalling service in this store. I witnessed a distressed pregnant woman almost brought to tears by a heartless staff member who let a toddler wet their pants rather than use their toilet. Can't believe the lack of compassion shown. I would not support a business like this. Would give zero stars if possible.

The lady with the brown hair that wears a hat is absolutely rude. Poor customer service skills and lacks in people person skills to. Disappointed and upset with the service there. Never taking my family there again. My daughters came home angry and upset crying at the rude accusations made by your workers. I am angry, disappointed but most importantly upset at these false accusations made towards my daughters. This is unacceptable and i’m going to tell everyone I know to never come here again

The price for the clothes at Savemart is ridiculous considering the fact that this is a secondhand store and everything is given to them for free. The workers here especially the lady with the brown hair definitely lack customer service.went up to the counter to buy something and I said Hi and the brown haired lady didn’t say anything at all while serving apart from the total price. Disappointing, never coming back here again. Would rate 0 stars if I could sorry.

This place is supposed to be a 2nd hand store, but the prices of their clothing is a rip off. You can buy a brand new tee shirt or skirt for a buck more than what they are asking. Sure you can argue its for a good cause, but a their prices they are making great gains.

I've been lucky that I haven't shopped there BUT Retro clothing are there, little out of my price. To many they like, it but to pensioners they found it a bit out of their budgets.

Okay so sometimes I find good things that are vintage and in a vintage store they would be triple the price but seriously for used clothes it is way over priced for what it is. Go to the smaller ones because they price is normally under $5 for everything and not $19 for a shirt that is obviously made that price because it says billabong and that's obviously the only type of "labels" they know (so if your looking for vinatge Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren etc they are normally $7). Seriously go to glassons or anywhere like that and shop it's probably cheaper. Also I agree on many other reviews they servers are not very happy people. I know it's not the most amazing time working but reality check everyone has to work it's life! So a smile would be nice. Anyway I'm done writing my novel, if you got to the end of this review congrats!

What a change. Used to be a great place to shop for unusual stuff. Now no trolleys or baskets. Everything has gone up and well overpriced for used clothing. Find other shops.
