Skyline Rotorua

I had a great experience celebrating my bday on New Years. The team were so welcoming and warm. The food was quality and fresh. I recommend buying tickets online to avoid long queues.

This place has way too many people. Please don’t come on weekends or holidays. The restraunt is overpriced. The Luge has okay experience but the service and overall experience is pretty mid.

Nice environment. Unfortunately the gondola service was suspended for half an hour suddenly. We waited for so long to get back to car park.

Wow, fun, exciting! From the minute you head up the mountain in the gondolas you are consumed by the breathtaking views of Rotorua. The luges were so much fun even for the adults we had a ball even ended up buying more tickets for our family of four (kids loved it just as much!) staff are all super helpful and friendly and great value for money.
We came two separate times as we enjoyed it so much! The cafe style food was good and big portions but the second time we came we went to the stratosphere restaurant and WOW WOW WOW 10/10 amazing everything was incredible in there!

My daughter also got me on the skyswing and although it was scary it was also amazing

There are tickets for a scenic lunch + three slides on the official website! (There are five routes to choose from, including forest view and lake view. Three trips are almost the same) I highly recommend this plan~it’s a lot more cost-effective! !
If you buy electronic photos, it only costs 4 more to print them into physical photos

Went up Skyline for the delicious buffet lunch, everything was super fresh, and cooked well and the variety of food meant everyone in our group was happy. The views are obviously great, for my first time to Rotorua this was the perfect way to feel immersed in town. My only regret is that we didn't go luging, will definitely be back.

Been here many many times, and I will say I have received a constant amazing experience every single time.

Firstly, the facilities, they’re clean and it’s quite big. You’ve got many activities to play and regardless of the repetitiveness, it always feels like a new experience.

Staff can be quite rough with the luge carts, but to be fair they are quite heavy and do it all day, so what much can I say. They are friendly and you can have a good chat with them at times.

Love this place, definitely recommend and definitely will come again

Nice place to have a pananomic view of Rotorua.
And the luge is fun, but one time is enough.
We bought 5 turns which seem too much, unless there's kid in your family.
A great place to have lunch, view, luge and walk.

Definitely my favourite part of Rotorua! Not too pricey, amazing views and so much fun. Completely embarrassed myself on the skyswing but it was an unforgettable experience. I'd recommend buying tickets online because you'd get in a lot faster. All the staff we interacted with were great and I can't wait to come back!

What an experience! Gondola, Luge and Zipline! Spectacular views and helpful staff! A must do when visiting Rotorua.

What an awesome family day out at the Skyline Rotorua. We had a blast! Great to see lots of people but especially it was great to see all the workers back in action.

Went with friends and family, had a wonderful time there. Unlucky Advanced track for luge and sky swing were temporarily closed.

I did 5 luge rides on Friday 8th April and on 4 of them I was given a well below standard cart. Absolutely wasted my money and time

We are local and have a gondola pass.
We tried to use the express queue and were told to use the main queue which was quite long. What is the point of having a gondola pass if you can't use it

After coming to the luges I have Covid thanks a lot. Your cleaners in the restaurant aren't even wearing masks and talking to the diners at the tables without masks on and 95% of the patrons aren't wearing masks. The toilet areas are filthy and the gondolas are due for an upgrade. I mean they are 40 years old and it would be nice to see out the windows of them.

My partner and I did the night luge and it was a lot of fun. The lines weren't too bad considering it was Easter weekend and it wasn't too cold. Just be prepared to have money for photos if you have a big group as they can get expensive.

Great family fun on the luge overtaking each other and racing downhill. Kids 13 & 15 have now been here a few times over the years and keep wanting to come back!

I love Skyline! The Luge was my favourite! It was amazing! The gondola, chairlift, and Luge was nice! I suggest you go there

Been going in the first week of January since 2017. Skyswing is awesome. Zip lines great too. Any oldies out there who have dicky backs would do well paying attention to instructions given on what to do as one approaches the end of the Zipline! Foods good. Place has taken a bit of a beating with covid over the past couple of years. Used to really enjoy getting there early and having the buffet breakfast. No longer a feature since covid. Luge circuits are fantastic. Always a memorable day.

LOT OF FUN AND SAFELY SETTLED LUGE very good location with nice landscape. Better buy package set cause you can not stopreturning to start again
