Chris at Spark gives great service and is very friendly. He knows how to fix phones and gives good advice. Highly recommend this guy to deal with.
The staff Doesn’t know how to handle customers. They don’t even know first come first serve policy.
Had to return a faulty product and found the staff member Patrick incredibly helpful and patient.
Talked to Christopher about changing board band plans, upgrading modem, changing address and removing landline from the bill. He was very happy to serve us and we were all done in 45mins. Much quicker than talking on the phone for 2-3 hours+. Thank you Christopher
My husband just brought a new phone & we had the best service we have ever had in this store from the lovely Mercedes. She was friendly & knew exactly what she was doing. We left the shop with his new phone full set up. Exceptional service, many thanks Mercedes
Talked to Patrick about getting fibre broadband aswell as a modem as we just moved into a rental he answered all of our questions professionally he was just so helpful and we left the store with a huge smile on our face as he made the whole process easy and stress free. Thankyou Patrick
Girls there was not welcoming and was rude, don’t know her name but it was on Tuesday at 5.10pm
Needed to change networks for coverage, spark were very happy to sell new phone and set us up, but boy has it cost us, not satisfactory!
Today I went in for help regarding the my bill. I not being helped as it should be. The staff made an unwelcoming face. The tone of the conversation was very bad. They also seem to want to argue with us.provoke us to anger. Please check the qualification of the customer service provider. Very very bad. Feel humiliated and very sad because I’m your purchasing customer.should be welcomed help and solve problems for customers, The service staff is at bayfair. Please check and do something.
Went to this place specifically to get wireless broadband and got maybe an new person who thought she new everything but alas put us crook. Not a good experience

I had the nicest girl (I’m so sorry I forgot her name, I think it was Tiffany?) help me upgrade from an iPhone 6 to iPhone 13. Amazing customer service, extremely helpful and patient with all my questions:) Legend! Hope you get the credit!
Called them to enquire about their products, unable to help at all and not very willing to offer solutions etc. Store needs better staffing
Walking past they had a Razer Kishi on the shelf, blew my mind. Immediately bought it. Great service. Still shocked they had one on these on the shelf, been looking for ages.
Although i had been told that i would be able to transfer my number to my new phone i have not yet been able to and have paid a month's fee for nothing. Not very happy
Literally just walked out. Four staff, one customer, I approached a staff member (1st question, 1st impression, 1st sales contact) to ask where iPhones were, (not intuitive store layout) directs me to corner, there's two phones clearly labeled as iPhones, so I go back to her (2nd contact, second question), ask is there only two options, she points to the other wall (90 degrees to where I found the other two) but tiny labels flat on counter, no price info at all, black screens so no idea what they are. Walked back (staff member hadn't moved & I had to walk past the other two staff members who were busy on a desktop) to original staff member (3rd attempt to get some engagement!) She looked up from her personal phone and I said "third question then it's just too hard to buy a iPhone - where are the prices? She replies "on the screen" without moving or offering to help. So I went BACK to the screens, woke up the first one, three options and clicked pricing to see options, ok fine, next one same except fumbled the buttons so it went to home screen. I'm not an Apple customer (obviously!) and in fact was hoping to change from Android to Apple for our business as half staff are android, half apple, be better if all were the same.). Couldn't bring info up, I exclaimed well this is just too hard, staff member looks (still hasn't moved!) And watches me walk out. Guess I'll never be a Bay Fair spark customer. Crazy poor customer service, three staff members doing nothing on a quiet mall day, if they were my staff there's some serious performance/training issues to address. Pity there isn't a zero star rating! Poorly run store somewhere in the food chain.
Waited 45 minutes still got no service. Had walked out.
I was with a skinny plan and 3 months ago I was there to buy something and a guy sales peorson pushed me to join spark so I did regretting it now.
