We took my partners Samsung Note in to get the battery changed as it wasn't charging. They repaired that and the phone is now charging great, but now I have an intermittent (most of the time) issue, where we are unable to connect to the internet or make/receive calls.
Took the phone back, and was told its our problem. We asked if they could just have a look at it as it might be some glue in the wrong spot. They took the phone, and "looked at it" and said there is nothing wrong. Tried the sim card in 2 other phones, and its working fine. Definitely a issue with the phone but NOT help from these guys.

Do not take your iPhone here to repair especially if your iPhone is later than iPhone 12.
I took my iPhone 12Pro here as the camera had got a little shadow. He ordered a new camera and told me to come back to the shop a few days later when it’d arrived.
The next week I came in again and he explained that the screens later than iPhone 12 are thinner and more fragile so if it is broken when he takes it off the phone to replace the camera, I had to pay to replace the screen as well and I agreed as I thought he was professional. Yes he chipped it as he said and charged me extra to replace a new screen ($230).
Then I left the shop and checked the camera but it kept shaking and wouldn’t work properly (see the video). I took it back to the shop but he couldn’t fix it and said the new camera had an issue so needed to order another one and told me to come back the next day. Then I got back in my car and checked my phone again and this time the new screen wasn’t right too, there were a little circle shaped shadows on it. (see the photo)
The next day I went to the shop again, he put another screen on which was ok, put another camera in, I checked the camera and it was obviously blurry. (see the photo)
He called his manager and the manager told me he wanted to order another one but obviously they’re not reliable anymore, so I asked them for a refund for the camera and to put my original camera back in as it’s way better than theirs in the end. I haven’t got the refund yet though.
After all what he did for me was just breaking my original screen and charging me to replace. I was not happy at all.
EDIT: after I reminded them about the refund twice and they finally did it.

Dinesh was a great help. I had a couple of stripped screws and he was able to get them off like no trouble. Good service!

Dinesh fully explained options for cleaning the charging port of my phone and implications if it couldn't be cleaned. Was able to quickly clean and ring me to collect within two hours. High recommend the service and value.

Avoid! Place is so run down and dirty. Was'nt able to fix phone after having it for almost 2 weeks, kept saying parts were coming. It's never open just a "be back in 20-30mins" sign, out of the 5 times I went, only open once. Waited 40mins, then borrowed a shops phone to call said he'd be back in another 40mis. Definitely go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service will never be coming back, took my phone in to get screen replaced he said it’d take a day then had too follow him up calling him everyday asking when it would be done he would say tomorrow every time in the end after it being there for a week had to go in too take my phone elsewhere just overall horrible customer service little communication and care

Incompetent. The communication made me feel uneasy, I was fortunate to retrieve my phone a week later untouched so I could take it elsewhere.
