Amazing store and amaing staff! The staff are very helpful! Super fast work too, dropped my iphone off at 3pm and was done by 4: 30, also they managed to give me a quote on another 2 phones in that small time. Highly recommend for everyone needing technical support no matter what the issue is! Will definitly be back, have not been anywhere else that is better:)

We bought 2 iPads from them one of them was faulty and they admitted that they forgot to check before they sent them. They are asking to send it back to tauranga and then they will refund tried explaining to them it took 2 weeks to arrive before if we will send now it’s gonna take nearly a month. Till then Christmas will be over as it was a Christmas present for the kids. Totally disappointed no apology when they rang apparently it’s customers fault so be careful to buy anything from them

Very disappointing service from this store. Took my Galaxy S7 phone in as it needed a new charging port and battery. They damaged the screen in taking it off to get inside, in installing a new charging port, the home button no longer works properly and the "back" and "close all" LED lights no longer work. I highly suspect they didn't replace the battery either, or put in a faulty one, as it drains faster than the original one that was 5 years old. Phone is worse off than it was before a $200 repair. Don't recommend and would never go back.

DO NOT USE THESE Guys! They are un reliable and they use cheap parts I had my phone fixed here and after less than 12 hours of getting it back the phone screen started cracking without even dropping it so we had to push them to fix it under warranty.after a big hassle they finally gave in and I had my phone fixed and it took a week for them to do it when I finally had my phone back after a week for the second time my screen did the exact same thing and my phone still isn't fixed a month later (DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!)
