Ask at reception about a medical certificate for a class 2 Licence the receptionist was very unhelpful it was not busy I was the only one there she gave me a address for for Tara road medical which was helpful but her negative response in say i don’t like your chances is not necessary especially when your front of desk I understand it’s the end of the week and you guys are under staffed but if you don’t like where you are working move on thank you

I received fantastic and empathetic care here from the nurse Maura and doctor Debra. I came early on a Tuesday morning and was seen right away in the walk in clinic and also got my prescription immediately. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you

Kind doctors and receptionists! Well organised staff especially today when it was so busy but they were able to take care of me as a drop-in.

The reception staff I dealt with didn't seem to understand anything I was also charged for an appointment that was agreed to be dismissed by said Reception staff I won't be returning to this mickey mouse outfit

Gwenda is my doctor and is absolutely fantastic!
She is very open minded and has a really calming holistic approach to healthcare which is so refreshing. (And extremely hard to find).
Reception is always slammed and the ladies handle it fantastically.
If you struggle to get through on the phone the new The Doctors app is awesome for making appointments or viewing your details.

Pretty unimpressive service. Charge $97 for a walk in service as I'm working temp in tauranga, given antibiotics which didn't make a difference at all and charged $97 to get this corrected.

Absolute JOKE of a practice. Both the Bayfair and Papamoa branch are by far the worst GP practice I have ever dealt with.

- They never pick up their phones on any of the lines, I have been waiting on their lines for the last 20 minutes, with just the
- They mess up my prescriptions every single time, forgetting to sign the paper, sending to the wrong pharmacy and FORGETTING to fulfil the prescription for weeks, while having the audacity to charge $26 for it every time.
- The rude doctors, like Dr Firas and Gwenda have made me literally cry before during the appointments, by blaming me for not knowing their rules and taking up their time. I have had genuine health concerns that literally get brushed off and dismissed
- The good doctors like Dr Mirjam and Lorraine leave, which isn't surprising that nobody wants to work there. They were so good, competent and compassionate, but they are gone now
- I can keep listing things, but honestly this practice has caused me more stress than any of the health concerns that I needed it for. I am terrified of booking an appointment there

Do not enrol here if you are a new patient, save yourself the trouble. I think that review rating speaks for itself, but if I could give 0 stars I would

The lovely nurses were such a pleasure to deal with and made my husbands visit so nice considering he was feeling so unwell. Beyond impressed with the service as they were flat out! Thank you for helping us

Followed their protocol waiting in carpark due to symptoms. Waiting 50mins to be told they are not seeing casual patients. A simple sign saying this would have been helpful. When I suggested this I got a very rude response saying there is nothing they can do about it and not there problem. Honestly go anywhere else but here!

I never write reviews but the customer service I reviewed from Carol Anderson was outstanding. She went wellover and beyond her duties to provide me support which really made a huge difference:)

Wouldnt even give 1 star for the Dr. Dr Boesche is absolutely useless and rude. Waste of my time and money. Paid $90 and waited 3 hours to be told I can take medication which I was later told I shouldnt by another medical professional when I ended up in ED the next day. Go to 2nd ave or ED if you are looking for immediate care and to be taken seriously.

On the 16th of June between 8 am and 8: 50 am I was at your doctors and had an amazing experience with the lovely ladies on reception and even the nurse who first saw me over. However I was brought to tears in your clinic to the point I started hyperventilating and ended up having a panick attack which I haven’t had ever before due to rude doctor (Dr Rainer Boesche) I paid $95 to be seen urgently because I have been sick over the past 3 weeks and the previous 5 days have been in agony with pain on my side and pain when I urinate, pretty much for him to speak down and belittle me. I’m genuinely surprised with his behaviour as everyone else at the clinic was lovely. I got prescribed Panadol and a inhaler and when I asked him for antibiotics as I have phlegm coming up he was absolutely rude and I am so dissatisfied with the way he handled the situation.

Absolute joke of a doctors. Reception are rude, unprofessional and unorganised. I have been trying to ring the clinic since they opened at 8am, it’s now 12pm, but I keep getting sent to their hold line, after holding for 10+ minutes, the line hangs up. This is not the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with this clinics services, I will be registering else where.

Absolutely a nightmare to get a hold of. With Covid restrictions I do my best to follow the guidelines they have put in place to call before coming in as well as emailing. Horrible service honestly. It’s been a week with no reply and they have only ever answered the phone once when I’ve called. I’m usually on hold for about 10 - 15 minutes before they hang up on me.

I’m now having to drive to Hamilton because that will be faster than waiting for these guys. Honestly makes my heart ache for those who aren’t just going in for a follow up appointment.

Rude receptionist, rude and ineffective doctor. Total lack of communication within the staff. Humiliating and debasing experience. They ask for kindness but show none in return. For medical professionals they are severely lacking. Would never recommend unless you want to be treated as a second class citizen

It’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone or even make a appointment I always have to go to the accident and health care place in town. Time to change doctors

My husband, my newborn and I, we are all enrolled with the Doctors Papamoa. Because doctors are all booked out so we were booked to see Dr. Dale at The Doctor's Bayfair. He is the best doctor I've seen in New Zealand. He has compassion for his patients. My daughter had dry skin/ eczema (3 months old when we see him a few weeks ago) and she also have congenital clasp thumb which affect her opening her hands to learn to grab stuff. My daughter's skin has improved and Dr. Dale managed to refer us and start the process getting my daughter's thumbs fixed. I really appreciate and this definitely take my stress, worries off knowing that my first and only new born baby is being taken care off.

Have been a few times with my kids and have had to wait long times, once over 4 hours. Once I called on a sat morn they were open but wouldnt see my child who was having difficulty breathing because that was their policy!

Too expensive to get medical exam for Immigration and I made appointment to get medical exam and had to wait for 2 weeks.
I paid more than 600$. Too expensive and too slow

Best place ever! I went here on a very busy day were the staff had to perform CPR on a patient, someone else was bleeding all over the floor while others were coughing all over one another. The nurses (I remember one being called Roxanne and the other Jade or something) kept their cool and managed the situation while still being absolutely unbelievable friendly to other patients. The doctors who worked there seemed to be doing an amazing job because even the CPR patient walked out of the clinic like nothing happened. It was like a movie.but better. Shoot out to the receptionists as well, very cool people.
