The Warehouse Rotorua

Short staffed at customer services. Poor lady has to look at impatient people some pushing in all by herself. Called the store manager while waiting. Response, manager is watching the cameras, only one person for customer services. Hmm, you advertise back to school? Its busy.

Surprise surprise
The staff are so nice when I go into the rotorua warehouse at night.
In the past I complained about the warehouse and you have done something about it congrations. All i will say when you get new staff Train them to respect us customers I have been in there since 1982 and hope Tobe going in there
For years.

We don't have food that can be eaten very quickly.
There are many large items and everything is on display, but there are few things that can be used as souvenirs, so it is not a store for tourists.

Plants died and mentioned it to the customer services and she said bring them in tomorrow. (2 mandarin).

Then told the next day they dont know what you did with them. I had kept them indoors. Wouldnt exchange etc. What a waste of time.

Dealing with the warehouse Rotorua was a pleasure today. A wonderful woman called Ana at customer service today was extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable about the product and the process of us purchasing products from The Warehouse! Thank you Ana for being so helpful! If you ever want to change jobs let us know Immaculate Tiling

Tumai is still the helpful, shining light in this store. He manages to send the magic without ever expecting anything in return. Tbh I hadn’t been to this store in awhile, but came in to grab some gardening stuff. I made a bit of a hash of it at the checkouts but he handled my ballsup with effervescence and his trademark contagious smile. Thanks Tumai!

I ordered a Fridge/freezer (in stock) only to be told later that there was a FIVE DAY delivery. That is not on as we now will see our meat walking all over the place. And yes I had paid for prompt delivery NOTE THE STAR ARE MINUS STARS

They dont stock alot of the stuff advertised on the website. And never will unless ordered according to sales rep. False advertising. Close your business down

Went in with a friend that was kicked out and little security guard came over and kicked us out I respect that he shouldn’t be there but there is no need for the extra stuff, asked for id when he’s not a cop and ran his mouth at the door as I was leaving. Id like to see him say the same stuff outside the store

I had gone to do my Xmas shopping on a Saturday evening. Went around the store and got what I wanted. Headed to the checkout to be told to go to the warehouse stationary and pay. Headed over to that department, get there and the dude walked away saying he will be back in 5mns. So There were others also there, so we put our baskets down and walked out.

Store tidy and products good. Rated 3 star as I dont like being forced to use self service lanes!

Their click and collect system is shocking, ordered stuff “in stock” and they only had half ready by the time i went on holiday, came back and the rest is still not ready. Sister had same issues with them except she found the stock in store after still waiting for ages for her order but was told she had to buy the item and once her click and collect order was ready to be picked to ask for it be refunded

Went to the garden center and got vegetable seedlings on my mobility scooter. It was a little tight maneuvering around

Fri 16th Dec I made sure to be in-store by 9.30am to avoid any rush. I headed to Stationery Warehouse section.there were 2 customers and 3 staff at WH counter and another looking busy between the aisles.
I waited patiently, finally my turn. I asked for a screen enlarger aka magnifying sheet for my mobile.the staff merely shrugged and said they've never heard of such a thing. I asked him to Google it, he turned the screen away from me and said there wasn't any.
These staff members were displaying frustration at their earlier customers.particularly the elderly.
They definitely were not about to go the extra mile for anyone.prob till after their upcoming break?

Went in today to sort out our bed and base. Andrea, you were so helpful and efficient. You deserve a well earned promotion.

Why i gave four stars because they ran out Pencil Colours of Jasart Company i bought 4 boxes But i need 5 boxes each Price 32.50$

Still waiting for a click and collect order placed 14 working days ago (3 weeks) It's taken them this long to respond to me saying they don't know where they can find the item they advertised. What's worse is the item is still advertised on their website as being in stock. T heir customer service rep is trying to help but cannot access the inventory/dispatch system. Unsure whether it's incompetence, fraud or both.

Wasn’t able to locate an item in the store so Tash from customer services was on hand to quickly help me out

Called in on the off chance the jewelry section would have what I was after, they didnt, however, the staff member I dealt with (indian lady?) was super helpful and not pushy and extremely polite, I ended up buying an item elsewhere for my wife's birthday and valentine's however, we did go back and purchase an item for the kids to give mum on her birthday, cheers
