I got my eyelashes done here and after just a week they were all off! I only got natural classics aswell which is some of the cheapest lashes and they were way to pricey not to mention the infills are around the same price as a whole new set. When i was getting them done they also were plucking my natural lashes off. Do Not Go Here if you want to keep your natural lashes, won’t be going back ever again.

I had a full Russian set of lashs, they fell out of 1 eye after 4 days, I had them fixed, she plucked my eyelashes and the clumps of glue off which was super painful! But they were fixed, only to fall out 2 days later. WORST set of my life.

I would not recommend this place especially if they can not take fault me and my daughter went to get our eyebrows done and thr lady who did mine completely ruined my eyebrows 1 is thin and a different shape to the other when I brought this to their attention they tried to say that's how my eyebrows where etc when I know for a fact they are not they also stood their speaking in a different language so I couldn't understand what they where saying whichni thought was rude

When ever I have visited there I have been disappointed every single time. They thred the brows and don't clean up the hair, they leave it like that all over the face. On top of that they have increased the price.

I’m quiet happy with the threading but they never help to clean up the face after its done. 18$ not worth it for the service though. Sorry to say this but felt really bad.

Asked for my aye rows to be threaded. Not only was the girl extremely rude she then proceeded to get scissors and took big hacks out of my brows now I have gaps and bald spots. Also $18 which was a rip off. Been getting threaded for 10 years and never seen such a quick, rushed unprofessional job

I went and got eyelash extensions done, it has been two days and they had pretty much all fallen out, they were quick with putting them on didn’t take their time and they were really clumpy.i went back and complained and they said it was because i was young and my hair was growing which is complete bull.they were all such rude ladies and all had a go at me they were trynna make me pay 70 again to fix even tho i had paid 85 dollars 4 days prior which is ridiculous.i’m
very unimpressed never going back don’t recommend to anyone

I had shahnaz gold facial and it was amazing. The result came out great and staff really professional and explained me the whole process with its importance. I will be back.

I actually love how my lash extensions turn out getting them done from here especially the rudin volumes

Asked for eyebrow threading, just a tidy up of the hairs under the brow line and nothing else as my brows were in good shape just needed that little maintenance. The brow technician went too far and ruined the shape and thickness of my brows. She then proceeded to argue with me saying this is what they do, not listening to any of my direction. I Will never go back again. Be cautious when going here.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and have heard positive things about it but didn't have a very good experience with this place. My brows naturally have a good shape and only needed a tidy up, but they went a bit overboard and took too much off. I wouldn't recommend this place if you like to keep natural looking brows or big brows.

Excellent service, really happy with my brows.they reshapes and made it even and got perfect tint color of my needs.see you next time.

Have been getting my eyebrows threaded from here since they opened. Have always had a great experience with Suman (unsure of spelling) as my favourite beauty therapist, but due to Covid she hasn't been able to come back to NZ after her trip home. I switched to Pushri (again unsure of spelling) and also Jeet who have done an amazing job.
Reading the other comments on here about Service - id definitely disagree! With English as a second language, some patience and understanding as a customer goes a long way. I would definitely recommend!

I had my eyebrows done and it came out so beautiful and did brow henna as well.very professional and friendly staff.would love to come back.

This place is disgusting and does not know how to thread eyebrows. I walked in with thick beautiful eyebrows and left with crooked thin eyebrows. Do NOT trust these women with your eyebrows!

I should have listened to my inner feeling. They didn't do a bad job, but not perfect either. For me it has been the worth experience ever. Well; I kind of blaim myself, what can you expect from a Beauty shop in the shopping mall?

When I sat down to get my "eylash perm and tint" the girl who did it, didn`t introduce herself or asked me for my name. She kept asking her collegue in indian and I started to feel very uncomfortable. I wasn`t really sure if she understands what I was saying. But well "everyone gets the chance for a start right? " I am not a native speaker either and I do understand if you need some time to adjust.
But it got worth, I had to close my eyes obvousily, but they proccess wasn`t very customer friendly at all. She had an very aggresive tone in her voice only said "close eyes" "open" "close" "you lean back" you! " "You wait now". I do understand if english is not your first language it might be sometimes a bit hard to communicate. But in this kind of a job you should be able to say "please.thank you.do you mind. " just being kind and giving the client a good feeling.
I felt pretty anxious while sitting there for about 45 minutes (pretty uncomfortable) my eyes closed and the 4 girls around me yelled in indian language, laughed and didn`t give me a welcoming feeling at all. Nobody told me about the process and even when I asked in between I received a rough answer.
I would never go back again. It used to be my very precious and relaxing appointment but not here. It felt like I wasted my money and needed a break after all that yelling.

I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded on Sunday at Vish. Awesome staff. My overall experience is very good

Went in today and got brow thread and brow tint. Will definitely be comimg back as a regular. Very tidy and a small private place. Plenty of seats, very kind staff
