BLOODY EXPENSIVE Laptop wasn't charging, they phoned, plug was loose, fixed very quickly, then ran all the testing hardware. I said there was no problems, kids must have knocked charging lead.but they ran overnight tests, more tests and more tests. They found nothing wrong no faults (like I had said) I had only wanted charger port fixed, which was done very quickly and easily.not impressed they did not advise of all the extra costs to run unnecessary tests $189
Fantastic service, really nice people. Don't always have what I need but they can order it in quick and save me a trip to TGA. Thanks guys!
I took my notebook to them, they immediately tested it and found that the charger was faulty. Gave me a replacement at a very good price. Great costumer service!
