The site says it is open until 12 am however, the check out counter says it is closed when I walked in at 9.30 pm
Got my poster laminated turned out awesome, did how ever have to wait for it to warm up tho. Wonder if you can ring before hand and get it warmed up before you go in so it doesn't take too long?
Clem served me. What a lovely guy. He went over and beyond customer service. My sincere thanks. This place is very busy most times and the staff are often run ragged. So I do not expect gold service, it would be unreasonable, unrealistic and unfair. Thankyou Clem you gave me that today.
What a terrible shopping experience we had today at Warehouse Stationery Fraser Cove. My wife and I went there to buy an office chair as a Christmas present. There were three people behind the counter, but after I asked for some assistance, there was no reaction. After waiting some minutes, we, and our $350 -$400 sale walked out the door. What a great way to lose business, as easy as just ignoring a customer!
Had to get some document printing done without going to a business centre. Buy your warehouse stationery card and load credit onto it and print stuff yourself- cheaper and faster than giving it to the staff to do. Lots of choices for printers, toners, office furniture etc
Usual Warehouse Stationery store with regards to merchandise. This one has amazing customer service where staff went out of their way to physically show me where the laminators were
