Just needed to print out new passport photos and asked for help and one of the ladies did it incorrectly and we had to pay for it and when we asked if they could fix it at the counter they said we had to use the kiosk and redo it and pay again.
Not very friendly staff at all just left us to deal with it

I had the best sales lady I have had for many years. Being a senior I need to check prices with someone and ROCHELLE was excellent. She was kind and never hurried me but advised me through the whole process of buying art equipment
I am sure she was hand picked. Thank you Rochell

Had a gift voucher I was given as a volunteer. Used part of it at Christmas but when I went to use it today was told it had expired. There was no date on it so really cheesed off.

Shocking service. Think they are the mask police. Wouldn't print a legitimate mask exemption without a medical certificate!

The staff were very rude, we were sitting there since half n hour and totally lost. When asked for help, she came and just did the things by herself and went. They did not even turn up once asking if we need help or not.

Every time I go in there the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's embarrassing the way Iv seen them treat not only myself but the other customers in the store too.

Quick & efficient. Was able to get photocopying done on the spot & photos printed easily from my phone through self service kiosk. All done hassle free & cheaply.

Terrible service some of the worst I have ever experienced
I went in last week to buy printer ink I compared to two types and the staff did not know their products enough to tell me so.
When I went in to take the incorrect ink back I inadvertently took the receipt for the ink I purchased elsewhere.
The staff mockingly laughed at me when I didn't realise this was the case, three arrogant smarmy people behind the counter. No one deserves such treatment especially not customers

Excellent service. I couldn't find ink cartridge for Epson printr. Between two staff, David being one, they established some had come in today. They searched the trolleys and found them. Great. I've been a customer for 15 years. Thank you.

They made a mistake with the printing and it took 2 calls + 3 visits to the store to resolve it, a ridiculous amount of effort. At least we got there.

This is my 3rd horribly rude experience with this store. And I can see I'm not the only one. This store needs new staff. The foul woman at copy centre couldn't even smile at customers yesterday, had no intention of refunding me my money after stating I had already picked up my photo months ago and these were duplicates.

Your machine was playing up that day I got them printed. I remember you telling me on the phone. And as I used to work for warehouse stationery, I know its quite likely for the machine to break down and restart and prints the same images it had finished printing or got half way through until it broke down. But no, you tried telling me it was impossible for them to be printed twice. I had to repeat myself 10 plus times and stand my ground for a good few minutes to get my refund of a measly $5. The same woman, rude as anything on the phone when I called prior to see if my online print job was ready. And probably the same woman who made my friends elderly mother cry during level 3 when she visited your store. I also watched the same staff member be super rude to the lady in front of me as she needed to have her document put into 1 if she wanted it printed the way she was asking. Not a single smirk or smile and her tone of voice and attitude was just outrageous. Like seriously.

If ya can't smile or be nice, get the hell out of customer service and go find a new job.

Returned to purchase a top end laptop & printer today, after the great help & information I was given last time.obviously the friendly young guy who i chatted to last time wasnt working. So I stood at the computer section for around 20mins with multiple staff members walking past & not even acknowledging me.in an empty shop with at least 4ppl working.not rocket science guys, bit of a let down. Walked 100m to Harvey Norman & walked out after 10mins with a large receipt. Poor show, won't shop again: (

A little disappointed. Not a very wide range of stock (smaller store), and some staff, while friendly and trying to help, were not overly familiar with product placement in the shop.

Fine for simple things, and potentially some stock may have been unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions perhaps.

Worth noting that they do have the in-store printing shop also, the staff member running that also seemed friendly, and quite proficient.

TERRIBLE! Staff are so unhelpful not one single staff member said hello or offered to help when I was clearly struggling with the photo printer, it was like I was invisible, resulting in me not getting to print my daughter's photos at all! The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Never ever returning.
