Great care taken with the dogs they care for. They are played with and allowed out with other dogs that they get along with to play. They have underfloor heating, and will post photos of your dog on facebook for you to see while away. Can bath and clip your dog if wanted. Great kennels. Our dog used to not eat for the first couple of days in other kennels but is fine here. He's always very excited to see us when we pick him up but not desperate because I think he's happy here.
