Donquest on Jessons

Our dog pluto recently stayed for three weeks. We got regular updates on Facebook of what he was up to. He loved his time there and we enjoyed our holiday knowing he was in safe hands.

Super friendly team, I had a lot of questions when I wanted to start bringing my dog to daycare, they answered everything and were extremely helpful. Easy to communicate and deal with. One happy dog who seems to get more and more excited to go each time!

We put our 2 dogs I there while we went on holidays and the dogs looked very happy with the staff as it was the first time they have been in boarding and would recommend it to everyone

Our pup has an absolute blast at Donquest and can't get in the door fast enough! Staff are fantastic with all the animals and there's tons of room and different zones around the facility. Absolutely recommend Donquest to anyone looking for care or wanting a change of scenery for their furry friend.

Matt was very helpful when I needed to transport my border collie from Christchurch to Hamilton on the plane after my ferry was cancelled. He was very knowledgeable and made the planning less stressful.

I'd rather keep this a secret, but the team are so good I can't help but say nice things. Suffices to say my dog loves it here

Our boy had a great time. We were quite nervous as it was his first kennel experience at 5 years old but we didn’t need to be. The team were great to deal with and we loved the photos on Facebook of him playing with all his mates. Highly recommend

Maddie and Boo go twice a week for over 2 years and love it. They are so excited to go and love coming home to tell us about their day and who they have met and played hide and seek with lol. Great team at Donquest and very good communication. Highly recommend.

Been sending my baby girl there for couple of weeks now she is just so happy and already knew the way in&out
She joined a pack “majestic four” as they always hangin out together according to the photos and videos.
The outdoor space is just what she needs, I get her booked every Wednesday

Had a appointment but no one at the reception when I arrived. Called 3 times waiting for 30 mins for someone. Customer service is not so friendly, not the human at least… so I think won’t be better for furry friend… I won’t send my dog there

Our 14 year old Weimaraner and his two cat sister and brother flew to Perth from Christchurch with an overnight stay in Sydney. Matt and Yo made this experience less stressful for me, were counselors for me lol. I received updates on their arrival in Sydney, crate sizes great.
