Very unhappy with the service. Lack of safety when dropping off dogs as the area is small and over crowded. Not professional at handling issues and feel as a client we were not treated with respect at all. Love the response, typical attitude from them. Everything Dog go through staff like you wouldn't believe and I have had some interesting feedback from previous staff whom I know. If safety was SUCH a concern, then listen to the feedback about the drop off area it is to small and dogs feel threatened when arriving & leaving. Dogs only react when they are scared or feel crowded - would never recommend this facility.

My husky was groomed yesterday and looks amazing! Well priced, good service & Phoebe made it easy for us to re book 6 weekly grooming appointments.

Everything Dog well exceeded my expectations. We are new to Christchurch so needed a groomer foi our spoodle. The staff are so friendly and welcoming to both myself and our dog. He was in desperate need of a groom after a lot of runs at the beach.
Our dog has never looked so good. Our grandkids said he looks gorgeous.

We have used Top Notch Kennels for about 10 years. Dogs always very happy and well cared for and groomed when we pick them up it is evident staff love the dogs. A well run professional operation. Well recommended.

Purchased a treat ball 6 months ago, and my dog is a chewer!
She loves this ball, I put in a large liver treat and she has to work it to get it out. Best value ever.

Nova Clumber, who gave the negative review is a serial moaner who leaves negative reviews on many business sites for reasons I’m unable to explain.

Love these guys! Our puppy Sam goes to day care here and we use their weekend kennels! He’s always looked after and comes back home thriving!:)

Highly professional operation. Our dog was give a 20 minute assessment of her and her comfort with them and the facility. They work to ensure the dog is happy and comfortable with the people, place, other dogs and being away from the humans. May seem over the top but it takes the industry to another level of professionalism.

Best doggie daycare and grooming in town. My dog always leaves relaxed and better behaved than when she went in!

Jones loves his weekly visit. The staff are very knowledgeable and clearly put the animal's wellbeing first. Great peace of mind whilst I'm at work.

Our wee Millie went in for her first puppy groom with Casey and what an amazing job he has done. Millie got a hygiene clip, face and feet tidied up as well. (she smell delicious)

The grooming services are incredible! After not being able to get my pugs nails clipped for a few months due to unforeseen medical issues on my part, her nails were very overgrown. The groomer has done such an incredible job of safely trimming her nails at each appointment, so now they are back to an easy, manageable length. Added bonus that the groomer also does a thorough job when washing/brushing her, which has dramatically lessened the amount of shedding!

My boy, Coach, is always so happy to arrive which shows me how much he enjoys his time. And, when I come collect him, he's tuckered out but not stressed. Well organised, happy, clean dog care.

From the loving team, Fantastic enrichment areas, to all Atty’s friends I can certainly say there is no place my fur child would rather be.
