7A very professionally run and friendly podiatry service, with purpose designed premises and treatment rooms, and staff who listen well and deliver a very high standard of care. The staff at the Shoe Room shop next door are also knowledgeable about foot issues and are good at suggesting footwear to meet your needs.
I have serious issues with both my feet due to injuries. My first visit was a great success because I can now have my boots fully secured on my feet because in the past I always had the laces undone. I am looking forward to my next booking
Charlotte is amazing, I have a complicated issue and she listened and sorted my problem. Happy that I will have an improvement in my condition.
I had a pain-free time and a great result by seeing Catherine Kelly about my ingrowing big toe nail. Her treatment avoided the toenail becoming an issue. While I was there she tidied up my other nails, removing thickened ends affected by poor tramping boots. Catherine is very kind, friendly, calm and obliging. Her service is highly recommended.
I'm on a working holiday visa here in NZ. Unfortunately I had again an ingrown toenail. Because I got some more weeks to travel, I decided to go to a podiatrist. The young woman at the reception is very friendly and I get an appointment very quickly. I needed a surgery and Madi did there a really good job. She explained me everything slowly and stayed calm when I did'nt felt good after the surgery. I'm very happy that I came to your place and that the pain is now gone, so I can wear shoes again. Thank you for your good work. Would highly recommend!
Great podiatrist and friendly receptionist. Able to get appointment that week. Thought I needed an operation but didn't and great treatment suggestions. Now have shoes for sale.
Louise was absolutely wonderful. My daughter (21) had an ingrown toenail which had been a problem for a long time. She finally decided to get it looked at and surgically treated, and was very nervous about the whole procedure.but Louise put her at ease and performed the surgery with total professionalism and was much less discomfort then she imagined. I would highly recommend Lousie and the team at Feet First. Thank you very much for your help and for making the experience a smooth one.
