I am absolutely thrilled with the results from my first Naturopath consultation, I’m relatively well educated in your bodily functions and what natural medicine can do for someone but have never seen a natural path before my visit. I was concerned with my gut health and the physical manifestations of my gut issues, such as my skin problems.

After following the recommend procedures that Stephen Roigard “prescribed” me, my gut symptoms have pretty much subsided. I used to wake up with extreme bloating, have bad food sensitivity, puffy ness in my face and overall body, my body was not having a fun time. By applying a few changes to my diet and adding specialised supplements into my routine, these symptoms have subsided.

If it wasn’t for the professionalism and great knowledge Stephen provided, I wouldn’t have been able to have the changes I have today, and would still be stuck with bad gut issues.

I’d recommend his service to anyone wanting a helping hand with the natural route, as his expertise were clear and it was a lovely appointment overall!

Will definitely be back and has become my new favourite health care option.

Had low expectations of the outcome but followed Stephen's advice and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Would highly recommend Stephen if you're looking for alternate remedies other than pills and lotions. It worked for me.

After Explaining why i shouldnt eat certain foods, and suggesting that i try a new diet, being gluten free and Dairy free, after 1 month the unbelievable skin rashes that i had after the COVID injection have disappeared.the Dermatologist told me that i would need to take steroid's for a very long period, i didnt fancy that, so tried this clinic.magical is how i would describe it, excellent informative and very logical procedures.i definitely would recommend this clinic to other people suffering and getting nowhere from your health professional

I have found Stephen to be a good listener so fully able to understand what the health issues are, and to offer good suggestions (diet, supplements, lifestyle) which are science backed. And most importantly these suggestions have had positive effects on my sons health which we are delighted about.

My first session with Stephen was an eye opener, but in some cases what I already knew due to being a Nurse. However I left my first appointment feeling inspired, positive and ready for a challenge to make changes for my health. For years having Drs tell me the same old thing and that only one or two options would help my condition, I wasn't prepared to sit back and continue to listen to something that wasn't working.
