My pup is very shy and has anxiety around other dogs. It was hard for us seeing him bark or back away from being a friendly pup that he is at home. He wasn’t socialised before attending the kindy. Now he loves it. He gets soo excited. I was worried if he will get along with other dogs but Chris and his team made sure all dogs are looked after. I’m just happy my pup gets to go here and come back happy and tired.

K9 Kindy is incredibly well run by Chris and his team. Our Vizsla puppy loved going to day care and gained a lot of confidence around other dogs. The team is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The Taxi Service was essential for me cause I work occasional long days. It is obvious that they care about your pet.

Took great care to ensure our dog got the groom we requested. Very happy with the outcome. Friendly and caring.

My dog had a groom while attending kindy. The groomer advised us that his matting was so bad that it could cause severe health issues in the future and to take him to the vet to get it cut. We took him to a different groomer (on advice from the vet) who advised us that this was ridiculous and finished the groom with ease. When addressing our concerns with Chris as to why the groomer could not complete the groom, he threatened legal action for defamation as his first response. Chris was also demeaning, rude and unprofessional in all his emails. Not a good way to be running a business and I am concerned at how our dog was treated.

Would not recommend this service. Will not be returning.

I was a bit worried trying out another groomer after previous disasters and very upset fur babies. However I found Livvy to be very informative, thorough and very caring. You can tell she loves dogs. My babies came back looking and smelling lovely and they can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much

I was fortunate enough to get a place in the puppy preschool group run by Cleo and I'm so glad!
The facilities were always clean and safe, I can tell the staff take a lot of care to ensure this, I honestly believe these folks treat your dogs as their own.
Cleo was our trainer and she has the perfect skillset and temperament to help reassure puppies and owners. She really exemplifies being kind but firm and our results were outstanding, I never thought my puppy would shake hands until Cleo gave it a try haha.
The shop out front is always well stocked and presented, if you forget your treats for example there is a great selection available as well as high quality food and accessories.
Get your puppy in for all 4 classes, you'll come out of it more confident with great tips for further training

Could not reccomend them more! As a professional couple, we love the fact that we can drop our pup off for the day and not have to worry. The updates on social media of the day and the fact that they are open until late, really makes for an experience that sets us at ease. Our pup loves it and has come home feeling exhausted and so happy! He is also a lot more friendly with dogs on walks! Thank you k9 kindy

Great place 2 pick up food 4 my dog. They delivered in lockdown which was fantastic. Always friendly & helpful.

Unfortunately my boy Bowie has separation anxiety and is socially shy with other dogs so doesn’t like daycare much but that’s no fault of this place!
The staff have always been so good at communicating how his day has been and let me know if he has been overly stressed or if he has tried to pay etc
They also have an Instagram account and snap chat so I could see him playing and see how he was going which eased my stress levels too!
Unfortunately Bowie hasn’t progressed with his stress levels so we won’t be going back but if we ever try again in the future this will definitely be the place we go! Thanks to the whole team!

Apparently if your dog doesn’t want to play they ban it from coming. Little disappointed with that really. If my child was shy or just wanted to keep to themselves at play school you wouldn’t ban the child because they are introverted. Horrible response from an organization which what I thought would be good for a dog that needs extra emotional support. For the record, my dog doesn’t stop playing while at home or anywhere else for that matter. They must be doing something wrong here.

Couldn't recommend K9 Kindy enough. Chris, Cleo and Rhianna are absolutely amazing! Ralph our Lab x GSP has been going to K9 Kindy since he was 3 months old and its one of the best things we have done as dog owners. He has learnt such great social skills going twice a week for over a year now. Chris and the girls go above and beyond with the care and training they offer - even helping me train Ralph to sit and be calm every morning before he enters. Their patience and help with this was so appreciated and makes drop off SO much easier now. Also their opening hours and prices are honestly the best in town. Ralph always comes home happy and exhausted after his day. You guys are awesome!

Chris and the staff at K9 Kindy are always helpful, reliable and consistently go to the nth degree however they can for their customers - and most importantly the dogs! My dog has been attending K9 Kindy for a few years now and absolutely loves it, being a working dog owner this helps tremendously with keeping him entertained, socialised with other dogs and leaves him tired for his off kindy days when I'm at work. He now also gets taken to and from kindy in the dog taxi which is extremely convenient for me and saves me time at the start and end of the day. 100% could not recommend K9 Kindy more for all of your dogs needs!
