Kosy K9 & Katz Ltd

My family recently used Kosy K9 after hearing positive reviews from others in the community. Our dog, Jasper, was there for 4 days and upon picking him up we were told that he had a great time. He seemed in good spirits at first, but when we got home we immediately noticed something was wrong. Jasper had scratches under his legs, bite marks on his mouth and face and a large, open wound on his side that had begun to scab. He now has no fur in this area. It was not a minor injury.
We continued with Jasper’s normal routine but quickly noticed his behaviour had changed. He was such a social boy and used to play nicely and quietly with all dogs, but he has suddenly become aggressive around other dogs and barks constantly. He is more anxious and we have had to invest in additional therapy and training since his stay here.
We called Kosy K9 and no accountability was taken for the issues that had arisen. He was attacked during his stay and nobody had noticed. This was Jasper’s first stay away from home and it is heartbreaking to know that his needs were not met. We are very disappointed with the outcome.

My fur babies have been at Kozy K9 for five weeks - through no fault of their own. I have had photos and email contact during that time!
Found Kozy purely by chance looking for somewhere for two cats and a dog over Christmas! I certainly know where they will be going next time I’m away.
Would highly recommend for cats and dogs.

Anna really knows her dogs. It's refreshing to see someone that clearly loves and knows the animals. I took Floki in to see her after she's been attacked while out on a walk, and his demeanor at Kosy K9 was completely different to seeing dogs in public- it shows how comfortable he feels there. Also the waterbowls etc were pristine. The facilities might not be the flashiest, but the important stuff is well above the average

Our dog seems very happy coming here and sleeps well the nights after coming here. Owners are lovely and kind.

Lovely staff, took the time to listen to our boys issues and did their best to be supportive for him. He always comes home tired and happy.

Fantastic short term stay for our young Border Collie at a very reasonable rate.
Anna was helpful, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Very willing to take casual doggy day care participants. Our Peggy was happy and tired after playing all day, and smelt 100% better because we were able to have her bathed while she was there- great service and a great rate for the day and the bath!

Doggos good and tired. Next week will try them in dog park to see how the socializing is helping. Boxers have no concept of personal space:) thanks team.

Hudson goes 3 days a week to doggy day care and Meghan & Anna take such great care of him. He comes home happy & tired every time.
If he had his way he would go all 5 days that we are at work. Still always so excited every morning we drive in the gate.

We took our white swiss shepherd here over Christmas last year. When we picked him up he was filthy, covered in a thick layer of mud, and he was very distressed/in pain. Upon washing him we discovered a nasty hot spot, which the vet suggested had been there for at least 4 days. This cost us hundreds in vet bills. Very disappointed at the standard of care. Staff were obviously not aware you need to keep long hair dogs clean and dry in hot conditions. Posting this review so that other owners of long haired dogs are aware - we definitely do not recommend this kennel

My dog loves this place. So much so that I take him there for day care now. Wish I had found it sooner.

Amazing.our dogs have so much freedom running in the very large run's and come home washed n bathed ready for bed
