Kuri and their fantastic Kennel Day Stay team have been so amazing with my Jessie. Georgia, Anna and the lovely Gretchen have always made sure Jessie's toys and bed are in her kennel before we arrive. Always ready with some great advice and feedback on how her day has been. Jessie and I appreciate all immensely.

Spent hundreds of dollars with a high drive dog that had reactivity that kept getting worse. End result was to put him to sleep. Do not recommend at all. Even got sent to a vent recommended by Kuri. When we arrived the vet said he was in good health and that he was spoilt. We changed our training methods and now he's great!

Our Boss has been here twice now for long weekends, he comes back so chilled and calm. We get updates when we are away and he is always out & about getting attention & lots of play!

Lady was extremely rude and nasty at Kuri Airport! Took our little one to puppy school there where he nailed everything. Interacts with dogs of all ages and breeds all the time and has never had any problems. Took him to day care for the first time ever where they locked him in a cage all day because he didnt "interact well". If that was the case a call should have been made instead of putting a puppy in a cage all day! That is horrible and not good management. Not one person has ever complained about him before and is such a social wee thing. Came home so terrified. Really disappointed and disgusted in the way they could treat a little dog.

Absolutely brilliant! Our puppy was very anxious and biting constantly. After a few private training sessions with Rochelle, the behaviour settled right down and we are now on the right track. Everyone is so much more confident and happy. I would highly recommend Kuri to anyone with a puppy or a dog that needs extra special care. The daycare is awesome as well and our dog is now happy around other dogs. Thanks heaps to everyone at Kuri.

We joined in the Seminar for new /soon to be dog owners. It was extremely informative and helpful for us who are new to the world of dogs. Els was a great presenter and was very knowledgable. Feeling a lot more confident going into dog ownership.

I was so nervous to leave my dog for the first time when I went away for the weekend. I went to Kuri to see the kennels first and the staff explained the routine they do with the dogs. The staff are always great and were so understanding of my nerves leaving him. They provide daily updates through emails with photos and that really settled my nerves as he looked so happy playing in the pool and out on his walks. A little pricey but worth the money to know your dog is so well looked after and that all the staff love dogs. Will definitely use the kennels again in the future!

My puppy Kowhai graduated the puppy class today and Kuri is AMAZING! We had so much fun, learnt heaaaaps and look forward to staying with Kuri forever. Our trainer Rochelle is just the bees knees and Kowhai thinks so too. She also goes to daycare and is so tired and ready for bed when I pick her up. She can’t wait to jump out of the car to get in and we both love the place. We highly recommend Kuri for all of your doggie needs. They truly love your dogs just as much as you do.

We took our two Newfoundland’s for grooming, their coats were not in a good condition, it was a massive job and the groomer was fantastic. Our boys look amazing, their coats are soft, with no knots and they smell beautiful. Kuri also found time to take them before Christmas and the groomer worked pass closing to finish their groom. We couldn’t be happier and will be taking them back.

Incredible experience. We are very happy using Kuri City for Nuggies weekly day care needs and the Kennels deserve 5 star also. Friendly and lovely staff who took the time to give us a tour of where he was staying and we felt a real peace of mind that Nugs was in excellent hands. Photos and updates were sent and with the in-room camera we were excited to be able to see him live. He enjoyed every minute of it and we are incredibly satisfied with the experience.

Such an amazing place, staff are awesome, understanding and helpful. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Kuri

The staff failed to tell us when picking our dog up from day care that he had accidentally splashed disinfect in his eye. By the time we got home he was struggling to keep his eye open and by 8pm couldn’t open it at all and was in so much pain, resulting in a trip to the after hours vet. We were surprised the next day to hear them say that he had splashed the product in his eye. Whilst they apologized profusely and paid the vet bill we were still really disappointed - he is our fur child. He has also picked up the papilloma virus, we don’t take him to dog parks and he runs straight past most dogs in the forest so we feel this is the only place he could have picked it up. The all day stimulation and play is just to much for him, as he had started being naughty. Such a shame we really wanted to love the day care and did initially but we think it’s just gotten to many dogs going now so the staff can’t manage the dogs properly.

Have been happy with the grooming service. Our Labradoodle has always come out looking great.

However our last groom was cancelled by Kuri due to unavailability of the groomer, with only a few days notice, despite having booked a month in advance. We had booked in advance as we were heading overseas, so all of a sudden we had to rush around finding a new groomer on very short notice. No flexibility or willingness to help us find a slot that would work before our leaving date.

It's a shame because the grooming service is great, but that's worthless to us if we can't trust we won't have appointments cancelled again with no notice.

Had my dog groomed successfully at airport a couple of times. The last visit, i went to leeds st branch as my usual was busy. Groomer there is beyond useless! My long hair collie had a few knots in him so instead of trying to brush them out, or cut the knot out, she just shaved the whole patch! In a few places!

Barney had his first day at Kuri yesterday, unlike other day care centres where he comes home a bit tired, we went for a walk straight after and he was full of beans and into everything. When we did get home he curled up next to me on the couch and was snoring away within 5 mins!

We learned so much- very thoughtful effective puppy training. Would absolutely do more courses with them. Lisa was a wonderful teacher-caring and knowledgeable.

I couldn't recommend Kuri or Els more she has helped our dogs and us to understand them so much and her classes are worth every penny

We have just finished 3 weeks ago puppy class level 1 with Lisa at the Ferrymead vet clinic, run by Kuri. Lisa is fantastic, she really knows how to talk to the dog and get the best out of your dog. Our puppy thrived in the classes and learnt so much. So much so that we have signed up for level 2 with Lisa all of which our puppy is enjoying. Thanks Lisa.
