Very pathetic service as every time I come here have to wait for the funds to be dispatched as the person in the booth either is new or doesnt know what she is doing. Today I came to the counter at 3.40pm and now is 4.24pm and still we are here. The girl tells me that my funds remitted from Fiji doesnt appear in the system despite the fact the funds have been remitted from the same company branch in Fiji.

I found the staff at Lotus Foreign Exchange Northlands to be pleasant, professional and prompt. I won't hesitate to return to them should the need arise.
Assistant was very friendly but only offered $100AUD notes. As a FX smaller notes should be on hand especially for Australia!
Terrible place to be asking too many personal details. If you ask why do you want all these details. They will threaten you by saying you can go some where else.

Not enough Australian currency at 11am on a Saturday couldn’t fulfill $200 and rolling eyes at customer infront of me. It was obviously to much for him when he had to give me change. Save your time and go the place inside the flight centre

Terrible service and a waste of time going there. Staff are uninterested and unhelpful. They never have the currency you need…even basic Australian currency or British Pounds. If they do happen to have some currency, it’s only a very small amount and not enough for your needs. Don’t waste your time going there. Go to TRAVELEX Currency Exchange in Riccarton Mall.
