Dealt with Alision at Pack & Send, she made everything such a breeze! I was stunned how fast my package got up to Auckland as well! Will be using Pack & Send again!

My father and I came into look at shipping some fragile family antique items back to the UK in late November and as you can imagine, handling is everything. Allison was just so thorough and reassuring to facilitate our dispatch and I was over the moon when the parcels arrived and all the items were in perfect condition, plus it arrived before Christmas, so I felt very thrilled. Thank you Allison for your very personable and attentive service.

PacknSend shipped my jet ski stand from Chch to Auckland. It is rated at 400kg holding weight. When it arrived it had cracked through the wood. Pack&Send Papanui said that because the package was dropped off already wrapped in plastic (with protective bubble wrap), they didn’t visualise it and therefore won’t provide any form of refund. They stated that I should have brought all the packing equipment to the store and wrapped it up in front of them.

Overall poor experience. Definitely worth looking for an alternative shipping company in the future, unfortunate that I was in a rush. Definitely cheaper and more reasonable options out there

I was very nervous about it getting shipped across the country as you would be hard pressed to find a more fragile item.

Referred from Air NZ as the preferred courier for my lost luggage left at the airport, Pack and Send Papanui responded promptly to my email and followed up with a phone call from Allison to make sure I understood the details required for the pick up and send to me process.

Seth then emailed me to say that my package was ready to dispatch and followed by a dispatch link to track.

My package arrived today safely and without incident. I'm grateful for your efficient service. The cost was also very reasonable and worth the price I paid.

Highly recommend - incredible service and support from Allison and her team. Offered wonderful advice for sending my personal belongings to Australia and maintained reassurance and service support up until delivery.

Called P & S Papanui on Thursday afternoon and needed a package to be picked up in Christchurch and delivered for Saturday in Queenstown. The communications from Allison and the rest of the team made be feel really confident that I would receive the package in time. Arrived at the hotel in Queenstown on Saturday and the package was already in my room. Truly great service.

Traveling home to New Zealand for a death in the family is something many Kiwis face from overseas. When emptying a loved one’s home is needed, one accumulates many mementos large and small.
