PAWS K9 Daycare and Training

Love having my puppy enrolled at Paws! We have been going for training classes and day care, both of which our pup loves! Lovely passionate people with so much knowledge, and you know you are leaving your babies in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic place! They take such great care of our puppy Shmoopie, and have lots of tips and advice. It's great that they have a separate area for young puppies who haven't had their final vaccination. Would highly recommend!

Allie & Scott are absolutely fantastic, they really do go the extra mile for the dogs. We can't thank them enough for all of their help and advice for Hilary. They have been so patient and helpful. She started as a shy dog who was nervous of being around other dogs and now she is happily playing with them, she really has come out of her shell. It's really nice to see the daily updates on social media. Would absolutely recommend Paws K9 to anyone looking for dog daycare/ training services.

I am so impressed with Scott and Ali and the service they provide. Having recently moved from Wellington post lockdown with two pups (and a cat) in tow, there's been a fair bit of upheaval and change to routine. One of my dogs is a wee bit sensitive to other dogs and not as social straight of the bat as my other one is. I needed to find somewhere that was going to take his needs into consideration and make sure he was introduced gradually to a new environment. So that both he, other dogs and daycare owners were all comfortable. This has been done amazingly by Scott and Ali, with great communications and positive feedback on how both my dogs were doing. Also I can't thank them enough for noticing a health concern in my other dog, which I wouldn't have probably picked up myself and she is now on the mend. I'm beyond happy to have found a wonderful place for my pups to spend time with caring people and have fun with other dogs!

You guys are just amazing. The love and care you have for our furbabies is remarkable. Thanks for taking care of Archie and all the other doggies. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic facilities, fantastic people. Paws K9 has changed our life! Our boisterous pup can play freely, be well looked after & feel loved, while we’re working. Allie & Scott are fantastic & knowledgeable in dog services & behaviour making Paws a great reliable place for us to leave our Pablo while we are at work. Safe & fun social setting for the dogs, constant adorable updates through Facebook & YouTube. Would absolutely recommend Paws K9 to anyone looking for dog daycare/services. Super easy to book, friendly personal service each time & central location. Our Pablo comes home happy and sleepy every daycare day.

Scott and the team are great! The dogs are always so eager to get out of the car and into daycare and i am amazed how quiet it is whenever I take them / pick them up.
The pictures / videos on instagram are a hoot and you know they must be having a blast as they come home ready for dinner and a nap
Perfect especially in winter as there is no mud to get into

Our girl had her first day today and it was just amazing. 30 minutes in got the nicest email and a video of how she was going and adjusting with everything considering she was shaking and crying when we left. She has had a bad experience at a last daycare on her first day so it was hard to see how shed react again. I knew from the love she was getting when i left she'd be in safe hands. Was amazing to see her photos through out the day and see her playing, bought so much relief as we thought it would be a few days til she adjusted. Would recommend to anyone with a naturally cautious dog as they interacted with her the best way! She absolutely loved the workers even kissed them goodbye! She lasted 2 minutes in the car before she feel asleep, success!

Highly recommend this place, you can see Scott and ali truly care about each dog. The dogs are well looked after in a professional and trained environment and have great fun, which you can see throughout the day on Instagram!
Our dog doesn't look back when we drop him off, something we would never have thought. Which pays testament to the set up and environment that has been created here.

I found these guys really convenient, located just off Brougham St & Southern Motorway. All the dogs there were having a ball!

Paws K9 Daycare has provided our dog a fantastic place to play during our working hours. It's clear with the owners managing the facility and the dogs, there is genuine interest ensuring our dog has an enjoyable experience. The frequent updates via isntagram stories is also nice touch. Highly recommend.

Amazing to see how Scott and Ali interact with any type of dog. They helped our 2 1/2 year old Toy Poodle out with anxiety and possessiveness. Highly recommend.

Scott and Ali are just amazing at what they do. Scott completed some training with our excitable puppy (13 weeks) and after just 1 session he was listening to his name and sitting with a simple hand action. Hi everyone. Have just been to visit this centre prior to opening day and OMG! How awesome is this place! Great areas all set up for separate play areas, size of dog etc and even a puppy room! Haven't found any other centre that will do day care for puppies which is all safe and secure from the older dogs. Scott and Ali know how to care for your dogs- right down to the couches that my two dogs just loved. Great location to central city too so quick drop off and pick up. Would thoroughly recommend this 'home away from home' for your dog!

Scott was able to provide incredible advise and training in helping our 18mth old huskaway overcome her separation anxiety. We look forward to furthering her obedience training, and continuing to help us along the way with her anxiety.
