Spacious store but didn’t see a lot of options. Shop looked quite bare because the shelves are placed so far apart.

Big box type store. Wouldn't say staff are un helpful but more they just do they're jobs

The staff here are awesome I've had a different sales assistant everytime I've been here but they've all been super informative and helpful.they know their products and have great insight into pets.keep up the good work team.

It was nice though a tad bit more expensive than animates for the tetras. 4.99 each and most tetras at animates are 3.49 nevermind.couldn't ask my friend to drive me all over the place lol.nice staff.let's hope my fish lice a happy life in their new tank.they seem to be happy so far.

These people have a large number of great products and also the staff to back them up.
I had specific requirements which were sorted very quickly and professionally.

Pretty decent range of products with nice staff. However, one time my partner and I noticed a rose barb fish was dead in one of the tanks. Staff were busy at the time so I didn't mention it. Weeks later we went and bought corydoras to go with our betta fish and other cory in the tank. One of the corys died a few days after purchase, then the other one died the next day. Both didn't show any symptoms - they just suddenly died. On the third day, our betta fish suddenly got really sick even though he's been perfectly healthy for months. So we bought medication from another shop to try and help our poor betta but he still suffered and died. This experience has broken my heart and I will not buy fish from here again and won't come back ever

Pet central is great! Although it doesn't have much stock compared to animates, you can get better quality products and much better service and advice from the lovely shop assistants.

Only went in for a few minutes to quickly see what fish they had in stock they a had a pretty decent variety of fish and they all looked healthy from what I saw. Would recommend if your interested in buying fish and are in the area

Very helpful and friendly staff. Came over, asked if they could help. Even opened up a couple of boxes to show me the products. Great range of items and prices from cheaper to more expensive ones. Will be back for pet supplies!

Awesome staff to deal with, went there to buy a canary and ended up buying 2.at the time there was a canary that suspiciously looked like Trump.hahaha

Came in for a grooming today for my dog (Jojo girl), Staff were super welcoming & friendly. Robyn did a great job with Jojo girl.

Really knowledgeable staff, and a pretty decent selection of fish, (although there could be a few more options) and aquarium accessories. Okay prices, we love it because the staff are very helpful and know their stuff.

Staff are very friendly and love to help. Your doggos will often get treats if you visit with them (and let them seduce the staff with their adorableness). Prices are pretty standard, although they do have good deals on treats from time to time. Good space, big, lots of parking.

Get store plenty of variety, easy access, pleasant staff, has everything you could want for your pets.

What I wanted wasn't in stock, but the helpful staff called another store to check. Great service.

I can never find the full range of the royal Canin cat pouches at any store stocked which is always a bit annoying. Have had to go onto a different chain which is always full to the brim with stock. Shame because I generally prefer Pet Central.

Had an awful experience with the very rude manager staff have always been super nice but she has ruined it for me will not shop here again.
