Staff are helpful but who ever orders stock should look for a new job little to nothing on store or all ways out of stock

Staff are absolutely amazing but not a lot of range in products, much less than it used to have.

Lovely clean shop, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Even has an animal friendly Cafe.

Our puppy completed puppy classes there and now goes to doggy daycare. The staff are amazing, I feel like they roll out the red carpet every time. They love the dogs and take a huge amount of pride in them! This place is the best!

Friendly staff but it would help if some of the staff would educate themselves with some of their pet products.

Chihuahua playgroup on a Sunday is great. All dogs under 5kg welcome. Then afterwards there is so much choice 2 stock up on your pets treats, food & accessories. Tinky loves this shop.

Great customer service, plenty of products and pets, birds, fish and a cat well stocked wit animal treats, beds, also pet climbing trees. Also dog spa nail services etc.

A great place to take your pooch for a bite to eat and any doggy necessities.
We ate and shipped.
Picked up a lovely warm woollen jacket for my Schnauzer and my new pup. Both in blue and really nice, at a reasonable price.

This place was awesum, great customer service, friendly staff even had catnip for my cat and showed me thru the ranges and told me the best, I'd go here anytime

Will find another shop, one without poor staff or weird attitudes.

An amazing store! I highly recommend this store for awesome experience and great staff. While you shop you can make a stop and have a coffee and your fur baby can have something to eat as well like a woofle! So awesome

Just purchased the most beautiful wee kitten from here.
Yoda is his new name.
Found him when we came in to take my mum and her big kitten labradoodle out for coffee and pupachinos.
Enjoyed every aspect of the shop and cafe
Out grew his first outfit from day one
Now the proud ruler of his own purpose built catio

This is the best Pet Central store. I enjoy going in here with my puppy. Staffs are super friendly and approachable. Sometimes, there are some stocks limited but this is not unusual at times of this Covid era. Highly recommended to new pet owners as they also have got in-house Pet Advisers. Thank you for your service guys.

Everytime I walk in here, which is often, someone always pleasantly available to offering me help.

10/10 customer service! I went to get my dog fitted for a new harness, and the lovely lady fitting my dog spent so much time carefully adjusting, fitting and trying so many different harnesses on. She made sure the harness fit my dog like a glove and made sure we were 100% happy with the fit. Her patience and kindness was astounding. Awesome job Pet Central, will definitely be back!

I would have gave a 5 but there was no trolleys for large things.
