Sharnas Doggy Day Care and Dog Grooming

Enquired about dog daycare explained our dog is rescue who needs abit more experience to handle as he is an escape artist and also finds large groups of intimidating. The employee I spoke to assured me that wasn't a problem they are very experienced.so I took him to discover that there's one fence that is on a very busy road and all the dogs run in a pack together obviously we didn't stay. Recommend this business for smaller placid dogs.

Good in communication but attention to grooming job is bad, i'ws unprofessional. Asked for specific grooming but neither did nail clipping nor trimming hairs near genital areas. And, ripped 93.00$ from me. Never going there

Keryn doesn't pay her staff what they're owed, then goes into hiding when they try to contact her about their pay. Be very wary about working for her, she doesn't provide an employment agreement or payslips and underpays staff. Deducts PAYE from their wages and doesn't file it to IRD.

My wife was overseas for 5 weeks. The team were excellent, gave me good advice to help my dog settle in. I took that advice and it was smooth sailing from then on. I was just so pleased to have caring people looking out for my dog while I was working.
Oh happily go back next time the need arises.

Kieran the owner is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing who only cares about personal financial gain, with absolutely no regard or respect for her staff or the dogs been groomed! She is inconsistent and rude to all of her employees, can't believe she has any staff left, nasty woman! Takes advantage of marginalized people by using them as 'volunteers ' and treats staff like dirt! Take your dog elsewhere where, for a groom that is much better value and done by a passionate professional who goes the extra mile for your four legged friends. From a very disgruntled X employee

Initial impressions are positive, but business owner Keryn underpays her staff and then lies about it. It is extremely difficult for the employee to prove that they have been underpaid without a contract of employment or provided payslips. Numerous employees there have experienced this.

Did a amazing job with grooming and was even aloud to leave pup there with no extra cost everyone was kind and helpful

Seems nice at first, but the owner Keryn doesn't pay the staff what they're promised and entitled to, then lies about it. With no employment agreement or payslips given, it's very hard for the employee to prove that they've been short paid. This has happened to many staff there.

Wilbur (5mth Spoodle) had his first visit today. 4 hours of fun! He’s fast asleep now after his big morning.

Took my Border Collie Rusty along to get all his knots and long hair tidied up. The lady who did the grooming showed the utmost patience and professionalism and i thank her for this. I will be back again when Rusty needs his next tidy up.

The girls who work there are great but the owner doesn't have a clue, she treats her workers like dogs and treats the dogs even worse. When she is there all the dogs must be outside. One of the worst bosses I have ever had the chance to meet and see her awful attitude first hand, she changes completely when a customer comes in to the shop and changes back when they leave. I would definitely not leave my dog there as she has no care for the safety of the dogs or her workers

Very happy with the grooming of Maggie, the groomer did an excellent job, Maggie looked fabulous and everyone was so nice to her. I will certainly return to Sharnas.

My little Gigi (small Jack Russell) who is almost always the smallest dog there, loves her time at Sharna's. I normally take her there once of twice a week. Staff are great and she comes back home well socialised and having used up her energy. Thanks to everyone who works there and makes her day great!

Cuts my Dogs nails. No appointment needed. Just call in. Reasonable price and easy. Will stop in again.

My little man Bronte goes 3 days a week. He just loves being with his special friends. Its fantastic they have an outdoor area, especially with summer coming up. The team bend over backwards to make sure everyone has a great day. I appreciate the great care they take if my little man.

I been going to Shrnas for a number of years now - my two little dogs have fun with the other dogs and come out looking great after grooming - highly recommend

After a 2 plus week appt booking I left my dog the whole day with out contact from them.phoned them at 3 and asked when I could collect. Then at 4.00pm on collection they had not done a thing to him.very poor service poor communication.the last lady had the business was super this crowd never again.
