It is always a delight and often a surprise when someone goes out of their way to help others in need. Mark came to the airport on a Sunday morning to bring needed medication for my wife as we arrived from Auckland and were continuing on down south. We appreciated his generosity and his advice to get a wholesome lunch before leaving the city. Fabulous bloke. Thank you.

Absolute unreal service! It makes me never want to go back to any other pharmacy again. I started on new medication today & Mark ran me through every little detail. The service is like no other, absolutely no comparison. I don’t live in Hornby but I am more than happy to travel to Hornby for service like this!

Great pharmacy, they remember my name and are quick to sort any issues out. Warm and friendly staff and they don't discriminate against my medical condition that requires restricted medication, as can be the case with other pharmacies, often people with my condition are looked at as suspicious. So all this makes me feel very at ease each time I'm there.

Mark is a very helpful, knowledgeable individual who's passion for health and wellness shines through. He took 20 minutes of his own time to go in depth with me over an enquiry I had and his depth of knowledge is impressive. I really appreciate all the advice and will be referring plenty of people in his direction in the future.

Highy reccomend Stay well pharmacy is brilliant, I went to another local pharmacy and was treated very poorly. So I went here straight after - But mark treated me with kindness and respect and took the time to help get the right support for my family. Made me feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. After reading the one bad review from 4 months ago, I went back again to see this wonderful shop and staff to see how they operate. I have been in there probably 15 times and have had no problems. Maybe Martin martin thought they were slow because they are all thorough and ask questions so you get the right help and product. I am not sure - but I go out of my way to shop here and get the proper help.thank you - holly

My husband burnt himself this afternoon from a boiling radiator. I took him to stay well after running cold water on the wound for several minutes. Just wanted to know what the best course of action was. The Pharmacist was amazing. He ended up dressing the wound for us and giving instructions on future treatment. I have been a customer of Staywell for a long time now and would recommend them to whoever reads this.

Customer service like no other. Great place for the best health advice. Have been a Customer for 20 years snd will never go elsewhere.

If it was one time or even two times, I might not bother writing a review, but because it's a consistent and running theme, it's important that I say something, for the sake of other customers. The customer service here is terrible! You are spoken to quite condescendingly - they seem to assume that you don't know anything. This is especially so of the man. There are also about three more senior staff, who are consistently rude or snappy - like they are doing you a favour.and while they are, you are also paying their wages and supporting their business. There have also been several occasions where I was followed around the shop as I browsed, while waiting for a presciption. I'm pretty sure they were judging me by my appearance. The other aspect which is frustrating is the lack of urgency for anything - it's like a snail on a sedative. I think that if they thought more about their customer experience, then I would not be driving past them to go to another pharmacy. It's quite sad really, when their shop is beautifully set out and their are some lovely things available. I hope they do something to try and remedy the situation - for their own sakes.

Staff are really nice. Happy to ask if I needed help. Have some really lovely products in the shop.

Exceptional service at every level. Not just a pharmacy, but dietary and nutrition advice, makeup and skincare (helped rid my teen of acne) and staff that genuinely care.

Not only are they knowledgeable on everything from prescription medication right through to building a strong immune system and even skin care - this is a Pharmacist (and perhaps even more impressive and valuable an Integrative Health Practitioner) that will go above and beyond in order to assist you. Love going to these guys. I travel from across town to get my script. They are always friendly and helpful to deal with.
