Would highly recommend these guys, great team and a welcoming environment. I have suffered from headache for around 20 years and now I have finally found something that works and hopefully will continue to work.

Went due to constant headaches. Very kind and friendly staff that thoroughly explained what was causing my headaches and what they can do to help fix it and exercises that I could do to help. Would highly recommend to anyone that is experiencing headaches or head pain.

The Headache Clinic has been life changing for me. I was experiencing migraines every couple of days for a few months. After beginning treatment with the Headache Clinic, my migraines significantly reduced and after a couple of treatments, have completely stopped. I could not recommend them enough to anyone who is suffering. Nic in particular, is fantastic. A huge thank you!

Such an incredible service that I'm so glad exists. I've had headache issues for about 15years, tried loads of things to no avail. Treatment at the Headache Clinic has helped get them under control and now I am able to manage them much better and they are practically gone. Anyone that has experience with daily pain will know it takes a huge toll on your day to day. Cannot Recommend HC enough!

I saw Philippa primarily for my long-standing tension headaches. She was an awesome practitioner and helped a lot. I changed a lot of my positional behaviours through her education and her therapy helped the headaches. I still go back when the headaches begin to increase again to reset!

The team here are amazing and go that one step further to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

My migraines progressed through treatment and ended with daily migraine, vertigo, brain fog. This clinic may be able to help cervical type issues but maybe so could a less expensive regular physio.
I researched before starting preventative drugs and found migraineurs are having better success on low carb diets. The Stanton protocol explains how migraine can be caused by metabolic disorders like insulin resistance leading to chemical electrolyte imbalances in the brain.
Lazy keto and protocol hydrating have been enough for me to reduce migraines to mild or prodrome stage, it's a work in progress. No brain fog and my energy is back after five years. So happy the migraine solution is out there and free, it’s life changing.

The current team at Papanui are not the ones we dealt with, treatment was for my husband, they had no idea what they were doing, ignored the type of injury he had that caused the migraines, every session he left in more pain, at the last session when he could take no more as they were trying to stretch and manipulate his cervical spine (that was injured) they admitted they should have looked at xrays first, they were completely negligent and inflicted more pain that has never eased

Bridget at the Papanui Clinic has made a huge difference to my Vestibular Migraine.

Before seeing her, I was struggling with chronic migraine. I was battling with the smallest tasks on a daily basis. I struggled to walk or even move my head without feeling dizzy and nauseous. I couldn't concentrate, my thoughts were jumbled and confused. I had bad tinnitus and had lost most of the hearing in one ear. Office work was becoming a stretch and I didn't know if I'd be able to keep working.

I'd seen various Doctors and specialists and then a Neurologist in Auckland who specialised in Migraine. I'd been on numerous medications over a number of years', none of which provided long term relief and all of which came with different side affects.

Within a few visits of seeing Bridget, my symptoms either completely resided (tinnitus and hearing loss) or greatly reduced (dizziness and confusion). I'm now able to live a normal life and am staying active with running, hiking and socialising. I'm still keeping appointments to maintain my new normal and feeling so grateful to have found The Headache Clinic.

Lovely staff and practical exercises to fit into your schedule. I have suffered from migraines for many years now and get them twice a month sometimes lasting up to a week, where I cannot function. This was my last resort before I went on permanent medication. The first month of treatment, made my migraines worse, however, the 2nd and 3rd month there has been a massive improvement. I now get only 1 mild migraine for one day, I can fully function and do not have to take any medication. This has so far been life changing for me. I highly recommend it.

Having spent the last 3 years with intense migraines and headaches I can't recommend Bridget and the team at The Headache Clinic enough. If you are suffering go and see them - it really works! I was taking painkillers every 4 hours I was awake to get through the day, and now I'm lucky if I have to take 4 a month. The treatments are amazing and so is the ongoing support. You guys have literally changed my life!

Going to see the clinic has given me control back over my migraines once again. Definitely worth going and seeing the team.
