Very good service, professional clinicians very helpful, really good place 2 go 4 experienced clinical support re; alternative supplements & meds

The coffee machine is unbelievably loud in the small enclosed space. The food is interesting and mostly ok. The servers are very nice. I stopped going there for now because unless you sit outside, even earphones can't block the machine noise. And it's too cold to sit outside now.

New to eating gluten and dairy free. This cafe caters to all combinations and the food is amazing.

Very poor service at the Herb dispensary. Given product that burnt my throat and was refused a refund.

Good coffee. They also have a shop right next to the coffee, where you can buy a lot healthy stuff.

I really like this small café, it kind of feel like home, like you belong there.
You can have a drink, eat vegan, buy natural and feel good. The staff is very helpful either you're looking for a product at the dispensary or a drink at the café.
The drink list is really long with homemade beverages. The homemade Chai Latte for example is yummy!
I recommend this place to take a break and take a breath. Very quiet and pleasant place.
Haven't try the food yet but it's definitely on my list.

I come here to dine or take away a few times a week. This place never lets me down. Friendly staff, wide range of healthy options for hot drinks, you can choose from at least four different milks that I know of. They have cashew milk! All their food is labeled if it is, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan. I have a major sweet tooth and I am a big meat eater yet I love everything in here!

The smoothie was excellent, real nutritional value and great tasting. I often bring my son here to fuel up for training.

The combination of therapists, herbal dispensary and cafe makes this a go-to place for my alternative health leanings. Being able to see the most amazing naturopath then have a turmeric latte while waiting for my herbs to be prepared is pretty special.

Really tasty mix of food, colorful and wholesome. Had lunch once a week here, sort of a regular. Excellent cuisine thank you. Have now moved away and really really miss this cafe. Can't wait to return to chch just for this place.
