Wicketts Dog Grooming

My entire family have been with Wickets since the very start and that is a disturbing number of dogs who we have owned over the years from the very first of our many 4 legged family members to go to Wickets we have been absolutely incrediblely happy to find such wonderful amazing people who truly do treat every dog as their own. A few of our dogs had been elsewhere before we found Nicky and her team and had bad experiences but even with that history they lost their fear and anxiety after being at Wickets for several months. I just wanted to thank Nicky and Amanda and the entire team at Wickets for providing such an incredible level of care and skills and knowledge for all of our furkids. We take our small dog here and they always do a spectacular job. They’re so friendly and very kind about our pup. We took him to another groomer a long time ago and they complained about how “bad” he was, we took him to wicketts and they tell us he’s their favourite. The feeling is mutual.

My mini Dachshund is a fraidy cat and was so scared she peed on the floor and the groomer on arrival because it was her first time. They must have looked after her because she was so calm and happy when I picked her up, smelt Devine, looked so tidy and even had a pretty bow. She trotted outta there looking a million bucks! Will definitely back going back.

Great place to get your dog groomed. Very sensitive staff to your dogs needs. It took us some time to find somewhere we could take our boy as he is a sensitive boy and we are so pleased with Wicketts dog grooming. They are also great in their care if your doggy has a medical problem. Our boy has epilepsy and they are very accommodating to his special needs.

I took my dog to get her nails trimmed. No appointment. They were so good. Highly recommend them

Even though Archie doesn't like going to have a spa day unlike his mum, I know the staff have a hard time trying to keep him still, but all in all they always do a great job considering the difficulty. I also bought a reversable jacket for him too, it makes him look so handsome!

Our pup has been visiting Wicketts for about a year now for his regular grooms and each time we have been very pleased with how handsome he comes home looking. Charlie has been a regular customer at Wickets for over a year, and all his haircuts and grooms have been wonderful! The groomers are always very friendly, and their space is clean and tidy (once you’ve experienced a messy, over-booked and harassed grooming place, you really appreciate this). Highly recommended!

Astro has been going to Wicketts for a few months now and we have always had a good experience and found ‘our place’ for grooming. Unlike others we have experienced, Wicketts don’t treat your precious fur baby like just another dog, they show love, care and are always happy to see your precious pup. They give me a detailed run down on pick up of how he was, anything I need to be aware of and most of all they do a fabulous job and he always looks immaculate! Great experience! My dog had traumatic groom when he was younger so he gets very anxious about anyone grooming him but Wicketts were incredible at making him feel at ease. He came out relaxed and happy (which has never happened before) and he also looked gorgeous. Very stoked with the service:)
