Bay coffee hub reviews
19 Unacceptable behavior fron staff at your cafe.
Your hospitality was poor.
You made me feel unsafe. And I had already walked 800 steps
Dropped in for doppio espresso (which is the acid test of whether a caf can make a decent coffee. A remarkably uncommon phenomenon) and this place passed with flying colours. Decor a trifle unprepossessing.
Ordered a $18 beef burger, was served to me within 5 minutes so I can only assume it was microwaved because everything was at the same temp as the patty. Within 5 minutes of leaving bay coffee hub was uncontrollably throwing up the burger In a public toilet. While I’m impressed they managed to serve something that upset my garbage disposal gut, don’t won’t others to go through the same experience. Would sooner eat road kill than go back
Best coffee I’ve had in a long time here at the Bay Coffee Hub opposite old provincial hotel in Napier
With great service to boot as well
Love the coffee my favorite Salmon salad worth the prize. Awesome staff and always packed on Sunday.
Went here with family, had a delicious eggs your way and everyone else satisfied with drinks and food:) but just a bit too much coffee In the frappe mocha for me, delicious regardless thank you! Would also like to add the friendly staff, great work even on a public holiday and heaps of people coming In <3
We came here 30 (!) minutes before closing. All the chairs were already on the tables we weren't able to sit inside anymore, while It was a cold day. Did not feel welcome as customers. Coffee was really good and affordable. Muffin was okay.
Nice place although feels a bit crowded and the wooden seats are super uncomfortable!
Tasty pies, 1 of the best I have had. Although, the food was quite expensive. In saying that, I suppose costs of ingredients are on the rise too.
I'd go back here as the food was good
Opposite Clive Square at the bottom of Emerson Street this family owned and operated cafe has indoor and outdoor seating. You can choose from a good range of cabinet food or from off the menu. The food is made on site - that's why the pies are so good! I have had good feedback about the chicken and cranberry sandwiches and the muffins. Enjoyed by visitors and locals alike so that's always a good sign. It is a traditional NZ cafe.
A popular Cafe centrally situated in Napier opposite the park. Good variety of food and drinks available to dine in or eat "al fresco ".
Loaded nachos not so loaded. Except for the corn chips, which was too much considering the megar toppings. Also waited at uncleared table the whole time. We stacked them but 30 minutes in total and never got cleared while we were seated.
Nice, my mocca was really nice, a full cup. Chips nice, although on the pricy side for the size bowl. The chairs are uncomfortable (wooden with no padding) and the space between tables is limited. Service, average.
My very first time eating at this calm and relaxing cafe lovely customer service very clean and a variety of yummy food even alot of healthy food that I loved even on the board menu for breakfast and lunch you could eat in or outside will definitely go back there with family and friends next time I will take photos of my food sorry I forgot was to hungry
The goods good coffee and a feed that's value for money. Decent tucker to start the day
$18 for a lunch meal which is the going rate, problem is the portions are tiny. If you're a grown man like myself you'll leave hungry as I did.
Delicious food and coffee. Quick and polite service. Nice place to sit. Really enjoyed it.
Beef and corn beef rolls were good. Looked appealing, fillings didn’t fill the whole roll though. Bread roll wasn't fresh. Carrot cake was the prebought slab. Sticky date muffin also wasn't fresh. Coffee was good thanks.
Quick service and friendly staff ️. Great atmosphere. We had the classic kiwi burger and the egg beni. Were absolutely delicious. Great selection of cabinet foods.
