Decided to pop out for lunch to give ourselves a lift after what has been trying times with Gabby! Great waterfront spot with very friendly crew. The fish and chips were fresh and crispy and the steak w peppercorn sauce cooked perfectly. The service is always good too. Many thanks.

Food is amazing. We always go to Broadwalk when in Napier but the bar service today was terrible. Food arriving before drinks are delivered - not on! Most people asking where their drinks were. People not impressed. This was Sunday 5th February 2023.

The staff were awesome, the food was fabulous. So happy they are open again, one of our favorite places to dine out. Cheers guys

We were there for the second Sunday in a row today. Both times food was great. But your staff need some training. You dont reach accross the table in front of others to put a plate of food down on opposite side of table. Don't slop the coffee in the saucer. I no how hard it is to get staff and probably just get them trained up and they move on. And hey when you see what's happening in Turkey at present what the heck have I got to moan about. Still thought it was worth a mention though and great to see you open again.

The restaurant is located by the shore and have a lovely view of the ocean.

Taking low staffing level into consideration the food, toilet facilities and service were dreadful. Can't recommend this restaurant I'm afraid although location great!

Bit weird, asked for our pizza with no onion and the waiter said the pizzas were not made on site? Maybe update your menu to say “pizzas not made on site”. Also the waiter brought us the wrong wines. Odd experience all around.

Very average, 6 of us had breakfast, only 1 of us satisfied with our dish (bacon bennie), & they weren't very busy. The waffles were well over cooked, the poached eggs were well over done on the so call "big" breakfast which came with 2 mushrooms about 30mm round, the sourdough toast was extremely thin & barely luke warm. Wasn't good value for what you got, won't be returning.

Great bistro with best location in Napier beach front. Love the environment, food and presentation are nice. Staff are also very nice and helpful. Made the day of the New Year's eve.

Had lunch last Thursday with 3 others - we all enjoyed our meals, couldn't fault the service & friendly staff. So pleased to have the place reopened after a few months we missed it so much - we will be back! Lovely spot by the water.

Fried options. Pizza was awful. Soggy, fake ingredients swimming in sauce. You have the best location. Would love to see a some fresh tapa and salad options. Up your game Boardwalk

Had lunch at Boardwalk today after it been closed for awhile. We didnt have a booking but staff allotted us a table with a sea view.
We later decided to move tables as we were in a draft from the sea breeze. The restaurant was about half full.
Ths staff were friendly and helpful. The food appeared in a reasonable time and we were impressed. Very large portions and nicely presented. One portion of seafood chowder declared very nice and two portions of chicken, both very tasty. Large pieces of chicken were bagged up to take away.
Maybe consider making available a smaller portion of the chicken dish like the seafood chowder. Some of us ladies have reduced appetites.

Excellent choice for a family brunch, with a wide variety of sweet and savory breakfast options. The Bloody Mary was pretty good too

One of me and my mums favorites one of the best restaurants in Napier and it so nice to get quality table service all day.

For that nice relaxed meal and refreshment on the beachfront I love watching the waves crashing very memorable

Service was terrible and rude. No one acknowledged us when I entered and said hello. After waiting while everyone else was served I had to ask for menus and to be served. Staff didn't seem to want to help, was very awkward when I found them laughing as left.

Very nice staff, clean and tidy, coffee arrived with meal as requested, had big breakfast but no butter on bread and had to ask for tomato sauce so a bit dry but still nicely cooked

Tried the shared plates, worked out well.
