Briscoes

Lovely shop with some great specials. Went down for a specific item and ended up purchasing something entirely different.

As far as I am concerned Briscoes loyalty system needs a good overhaul and change their way of thinking for the loyalty rewards

Great service from the staff and usually a good selection. The store itself is bit tired… the rumour is there’s a new one due to be built, hopefully that’s true!

Be quick and early for the sales, as the popular products thin out very quickly. Nice to know what I purchased was also used by the checkout lady: gives you confidence.

I have to return broken bowl in the napier store and buy some other stuff. I was in rush and I straight went to pick up the stuff that I need. I came back at the counter in 2 minutes and lady at the counter was bit rude and said that if you want to return somthing you should straight come to the counter and do no wonder around in the store. I said okay but I felt so bad. She can be bit nice with me. She only said this because I am not from here.

Well set up and there is plenty of choice in what you're looking for. The service was excellent and the staff where polite and helpful. There were also plenty of bargins as well.

Good variety of stock at great prices. A bit under staffed so service could have been a bit better. But very pleased with the purchase made.

Managed to find a bargain but what is with the queues. Is there less staff employed on the weekends?

Bought a few handy things here that has helped me to keep my room in order. Very easy to find things.

Always a good selection of bed linen sets. Most stock is' ends of lines ' so some different & worthwhile styles in quality high grade cottons.

A good selection of products and when they have sales u get amazing deals and if u buy a product normally you have a good selection to choose from the product and a gd carpark out the front of the napier Briscoe and friendly helpfull staff

Went in to buy a kettle.disappointed in their sales strategy.only one colour of any specific type of kettle on sale, and none available in the sale colour of the type we wanted. Found a brilliant one at KMart and saved even more money!

Briscoes is a great chain for many useful household items. The have regular fantastic sales with great discounts. It does not matter what you are hunting for, be it glassware kitchenware or bedroom items. If you need suitcases you will get a good price. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Great shoppong

Shop was great, just lacking in service on purchasing only 1person who called for backup twice and line of customers of whom some put products down and walked out. Not a great look Napier Briscoes

Very disappointed with the service at the Napier store.
Ended up put my things down and walking out.
Staff standing around chatting and only two tills open and both had started putting costumers items through then costumers both went off to get more item so both tills stopped

Not happy with replacement service.have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a bag for my vacuum cleaner.gave my land line and cell number as we have no coverage where I live asked to be rung on land line.got a text message on cell phone that had been sent over a week ago to say they had it and I had 14 days to get it.
Poor service cant follow instructions this was after me going back in ti reorder the part after not hearing again

I have to say this is one of my favourite shops. All of their products are high quality and there's a massive variety both in the store and online. Another big wow factor for me is the fact I can easily navigate my wheelchair throughout the entire store.

I mostly use their website for shopping. I love the sales, you are guaranteed to find some wonderful products at really low prices.

The lady who served us was rude.the covid 19 social distancing outlines were unclear and we were easily 2 meters from any other shoppers and she told us off then said there was no returns on the pillows we were buying?
