Briscoes Hastings

Always a joy to look online and see something you would like only to arrive in store, and they don't stock that product. But they do have an alternative product for 5 times the price.it's the second time this has happened with this store. In this day and age, there is absolutely no excuse to have stock counts online that are wrong.

Went into briscoes Hastings to return 2 heaters under warranty, no problem at all the staff were amazing, great service and experience keep it up AAA+

I can’t fault Briscoes. You’ll always find something on special and the quality of things is normally pretty good. Been coming for years and I will for many more. Still in love with the girl on the add too.

Always a store with sales on. If it's not on sale (at least a decent sale) it probably will be a few weeks later. Often good quality products especially fabrics and kitchenware. If you are wanting good quality items without going top end, this is the place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Always a sale on the weekend, so will have to pop back to see if what I'm wanting is included in the sale.

When they have a Sale its just the Best 70% off who else does that on SALE Days BRISCOES IS KING

I had a request about a coffee machine and the staff was very pleased to help.unfortunately my coffee machine decided to not go anymore so the request which the staff complete for me, was not needed. But they were very respectful and pleasant about it. I would recommend Briscoes Hastings branch anytime.

Great shop, usually go to the Napier store as there seems to be much more selection. Hastings store didn’t have a great experience, elderly man who I think might’ve been someone who works out the back, practically yelled at me to put a mask on. I told him politely I had an exemption and offered to show him but he continued to give me rude tones. Quite disappointed as I was looking to purchase a couple stools. Definitely put me off. I work in customer service myself and was shocked. It’s not hard to be kind. Goes a long way these days and I will not be coming back here again unfortunately.

We were looking for a saucepan that could be used on the single element induction plugin that we've bought to try out. Had a good browse around other stuff. Still get the feeling that they say there are saving but set the price from a supposed RRP.

Great bargins when they have sales good service at counter but can never find anyone when wanting help.

I really like shopping at briscoes, I get my bedding there, they have so many beautiful things to offer for your home and kitchen plus outdoor and travel. This time I went to purchase a poncho rain coat. Found them easily once I was pointed in the right direction. Ended up getting 2 as they were under $5 each

Awesome we wanted to start making our own bread as petrol prices are going up there are less products in the supermarket so we brought a bread maker for $99 but it was $299 so thanks

Good store for all your house hold requirements, furniture, crockery, towels and bed sheets and kitchen needs, and also personal grooming products, very good staff, helpful.

Bed at our holiday retreat was a little hard for us. Bought 2 foam toppers at $69 each reduced from $136. Bargain. Well done Briscoes.

The store is always clean & tidy.
Very helpful, knowledge staff.
Never buy anything full price, descent sales ever other week.
Keep looking for the Briscoes lady, haven't been able to locate her as yet!
