It was our fist time here. John is very friendly, well traveled and so knowledgeable when it came to the wine. He made us feel very welcome and introduced us to the wines he thought we would like. Lovely food and environment. The wines were gorgeous and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind.

Me and my partner arrived for a tasting and while the staff were rushed off their feet with large groups, they still managed to give us time where possible and were extremely hospitable. Peter makes stunning wines, using some interesting techniques from the old world - sun-drying grapes for example. Beautiful venue and very good value for money. We will be back!

So lucky to be able to participate in a tasting led by John, he's got an amazing sense of humour and made it the best tasting experience I've had so far. Finishing my Napier trip on a high note!

John just have us the most personal and in depth experience we had throughout our entire time in the bay. Really appreciated all the fine touches and the ones were all well above par. 10/10.

What an amazing winery, what amazing service! Myself and 12 others went to Brookfields a few weeks ago whilst on a hens do and loved our time there. The wine was delicious and the indoor/outdoor flow was great. We liked that it was a family run business, we'll definitely be back!

The friendliest welcome you'll experience at any winery, beautiful hand made wines, pack with flavor and the very essence of Hawkes bay. A stunning setting, with the only thing warmer than the sun over the Meeanee cellar door is the greeting you get from Peter, Sharon and John.

The best small vineyard experience in the bay. Peter and the team do a fantastic job and it's so relaxed it's like meeting old friends.

We were out early so were the only customers at the Vinyard. After giving the bell a ring John met us warmly and gave us a refreshingly causal yet informative wine tasting experience which was personalized and fun. Hubby and I would definitely recommend you head here for a great yarn with John!

If you are only going to visit one boutique winery in Hawke's Bay, Brookfields should be IT!

I've known Peter Robertson for years, very consistent and diligent man. Their wines are great value, and style unique and fabulous. Five stars aren't enough to do them just.

Fantastic wines and great hospitality.
Very casual tastings setting but so much better than the bigger wineries. Highly recommend
