Shocking experience. Beauty therapists lovely but owner absolutely aweful to deal with if she evens communicates. Be very careful what you sign because you may be thinking you are getting something you are not. Took 4 weeks to get refund and thats because head office got involved, but that didn't stop the owner charging me $255 for 2 half hour facals - charging me $85 for one when her staff member cancelled due to illness.
