Bridget was great. She explained the possible solutions for my facial issues and did not sell me their treatments or products as they are not helpful for my current condition. I appreciate their time during the consultation.

Time out for myself! Skin felt and looked amazing afterwards, and staff were all very friendly and professional! Will be making sure I make time to do more often.

This comment is about Caci itself and how they are not training their Fractional laser operators properly. I did two sessions of Fractional Laser last year, and still, after more than a year, I have the patterned scars from the laser on my skin. The answer I got from Caci's director after complaining about the scars was that my skin was not making the proper enzymes, and I needed to buy more skin care memberships to help my skin fix what they did to it. I wanted to fix something while they created more scars for me because they don't have board-certified dermatologists and highly trained staff to do the laser, and they did not use the correct settings when using the laser machine. For me, it was like I paid to get more scars. Think twice before doing laser here.

Yesterday I had yet again an amazing treatment from 1 of my favorite ladies kylie. I be sad to see one of other ladies going, but to have a baby. I have bn with caci for about 15 years.alot of my friends have signed up on my recommendation 1 of favorite treatments is microneedeling, so effective. I will definitely be promoting. All of the wonderful treatments an amazing staff.you can't have a gd clinic without an amazing team.thank you

I thought after lock down I would support a local business so signed up to a membership. I went in for a regular appointment and that night I had a reaction. My skin was sore itchy and flaking. I waited a week and went back and had a red laser treatment. At the time they were really apologetic and said if it happened again they would treat me for free until it was corrected. Julie said she would ring me the next day to see how I was. I never got a phone call from her and I had another reaction. When I went in they fobbed me off. Asked questions had I changed my washing powder, diet etc.if I had wouldn’t the reaction be over my whole body? Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Account in credit but I just want my money back. It was not cheap being a member and to be treated like it was my fault. Terrible customer service.

Im so grateful i’m with Caci Napier. Staffs are really nice and accomodating, they are so helpful with tips on how to achieve a fresh and healthy skin Loving the results from my laser (full legs, underarm and upper lip) oh and the reformaskin too! My skin never felt this good!

Very poor service received from the Treament coordinator of Caci Clinic Napier. Its sad how much one persons behavior can effect a whole business. I will not return.

Lovely staff - they make you feel special! Used to visit another Caci years ago, not sure why/when I stopped, but wish I had visited the Napier branch earlier!

I'm currently getting laser treatments and the appts are so quick and easy. Would recommend!

Bad experience a few years ago, not sure if the management has changed now, this was 2015. I believe the manager (?) yelled at me on the phone because I wrote an email saying I did not like the treatment (I had gone to an actual doctor at another clinic and she said the treatment was not done well) also resulting in a small scar. This woman literally made a young girl cry on the phone, because I wasn't happy with spending $700 on something which felt disfiguring to an extent as it was not even and resulted in a small scar. Even if she felt she was in the right, she could have spoken politely as I was a very timid person who would never speak to someone like that.

Have had microdermabrasion and a peel. Asked the beautician what the percentage of the peel was and was unable to answer. Didn’t get the results I expected for the price I paid. Have also had Botox in Australia and NZ was absolutely disappointed at the price I paid for my results. Would like to know the saline ratio to the ml as I paid the most I ever have and saw the most minimal results.
