Cafe Anatolia Marewa

Very good food, loved my bacon, steak n cheese pie with a banana milkshake. Easy parking out the front and plenty of seating inside.

It took 30 minutes to make 2 kebabs and only one customer other than me. They were to busy talking.

Went to buy my normal keto kebab tonight and I almost fell over in shock. Price had gone up from $14.99 to $20.99 OMG. Bought one 2 weeks ago and went to taradale to order as I was in the area instead of my normal marewa. First I didnt want to pay the new order fee! But then couldnt order at robot kiosk like McD as have to pay on card. So I had to line up. Guy on counter till didnt know what he was doing so another guy came to help. He didnt know what to do either as lady front of queue had a coupon from newspaper. So after 10mins trying to order my kebab I walked out. This was 4pm and 3 other people waited. So I drove to marewa and no problem at all. I dont think i will be back to Anatolia. The prices increases are crazy and too expensive. And adding the service fee means I can no longer afford my favourite healthy kebabs. I appreciate an increase is to be expected but not $6 in one hit. Good way to loose loyal customers.

Service Fee for an online order hidden and then added when paying- aren't they saving staff for this?

Very disappointed! Waited an hour for our online order. Arrived home and had been given full hot chili instead of half in all out kebabs. None of us could eat our meals. Money well wasted

Tasty and fresh. I enjoyed the kiosk ordering system, but it was odd that you couldn't order at the counter.

Just got a takeaway grill, good quality in general, but the add on bits of Turkish bread were very small

Had made an online order. Arrived at the store stood at the counter, got no response from any of the employees. Continued to stand there thinking if I'm doing something wrong, still no hello or anything from staff, I'm looking around at this stage looking for somewhere or something somehow to do to get my online order, when I hear, oh sorry I was busy. What To busy to say hello won't be long, good evening won't be long, disappointing customer service

Ordered Spanokopita. Edges were solid hard, filo chewy, taboleah was brown (when is it ever brown?) Bread was microwaved and again chewy. Inedible.
Never again.

Manager was very helpful with helping to use the the screen for self ordering. Food was lovey very good value for money Also very spotless and clean.

Very rude customer service from Jessica today, after asking to use the bathroom to take my 4yo toilet before I purchased my meal, she then tells me she "cant give it unless I buy something because homeless people go in there to smoke crack" as if I'm homeless and would take my daughter in there to smoke crack? I paid for my meal, took my daughter toilet and returned to pick up my wrap and asked for her name. She then started yelling at me telling me that if I had a problem then make a complaint so I will be

Sadly ordered meat & chips with 3 sauces, got no sauce. After driving across town. Waste of time

Uber eats. It's about 1-2 minutes drive away. Usually love it. Today mine was cold and tiny. Stone cold! No warmth in it at all. No exaggeration. Yes I usually order double meat and didn't this time, but, really small for a kebab. Smaller than a 6 inch subway by a fair amount. At $20 I'm a little unhappy. Wife's vegan sandwich was really good and side order of chips were hot, although they have soooooo much salt I can't eat them. And I like salty. Really disappointed. Honestly I would give no stars if I could and it's the only place I get a kebab. Wife would give 5 stars for her order but zero for the chips.

Ahuriri Hawkes Bay in NAPIER is a Beautiful place to be. All small business here are worth your weight in gold. Come down and visit. Our small community. You will not be disappointed

The staff are absolutely a delight, very welcoming with greeting and farewells. Brilliant service. The only downside is you can't dine in due to the covid circumstances which is not there fault. Must just be policy. Otherwise a brilliant place to get a meal

Very nice food. I loved the gourmet sandwich. Very healthy and very filling. The downside was having too much maýo on it. Must request for less mayo next time. Enjoy.

Been to Cafe Anatolia many times over the last ten years. Generally good food and reasonably priced for a mid range kind of takeaway option. My lovely wife got meals for us for fathers day. Terrible, ingredients gone down hill. Just some slopped up slaw salad meat chucked on top. Halloumi salad.tiny, sloppy an cold? Was supposed to be grilled? Kids wrap for $9 had 2 x slithers of meat and bit of salad. Sad to see this place go so down hill and so over priced! Will be our last time.

Went in there 15 minutes before closing, when we got our food they pretty much kicked us out when we tried to sit down. Could have said "we are only doing take aways" when ordering, or locked the door at 9 and let us finish our meal, while they cleaned.
From walking in, to ordering, to receiving our food we were treated like we were a burden. Could have been the greatest food in town but the service is what I will remember.
