Service was appalling literally slow as ever, the cashiers don't smile, customers waiting longer they say.
Not a happy customer at all, we will not be returning here again.

I ordered a chicken kebab, plenty of meat and salads. My only issue is the sauces were very bland and watery. I had sweet chilli, hummus and garlic aioli. The service and surroundings were of a high standard, just the lack of flavour of sauces did nothing for my kebab. So unlikely to return again.

Be careful with your order. I plan to order mix kebab on rice 18.99$, and add extra shish skewer 4$, aparently its confusing. You will only get rice, salad and two skewers only no donar kebab, never choose this extra 4$ option, its not worthy or value for money.

Reasonable. Not a lot of Turkish/Middle eastern options around so it suffices. Fast food style chain. Iced drinks are good. It is also Halal

Home sick in bed (with the flu!), felt like something fresh but yummy now that my appetite is coming back, ordered the doner iskender meal for delivery. Nice looking salads but no coleslaw (only!) for me is what I ordered. What came was a mess of meat on rice with a side of grated carrot. I understand the lettuce shortage but what about the other things, tabbouleh, pickled red cabbage.anything than just grated carrot.dont know if I got different sauces cause there was no distinguishing anything but (check the photo) and then shorted me my extra Turkish bread. Nice.not! DEFINITELY not worth the $30 I paid! Lesson learned.

Great tasting food. Very filling though so don't need to buy heaps of it to feel satisfied. But pricey but worth it.

Great keto options with cauliflower rice and/or low carb wraps. Tasty kai and nice staff. Highly recommended

Prices for everything have gone up, but looking what you pay at Anatolia for a plate of sald and a handful of chicken makes your eyes water. I also don't like that you have to order through these touch screen things now. That brings it from five stars to four.

Still, I go sometimes for lunch when I feel like a dish with lots of fresh vegetables and salad.

This is a convenient location in the Napier CBD.

Some of the staff are outstanding and very friendly, some are grumpy. I hope they pay the staff well, considering what we pay for their food.

Today I looked at the metal cuttlery I got and it looked like it had not been cleaned since last use. So I put that to the side and used one of their plastic forks. In the past I had tables several times that needed cleaning. This brings it from 4 stars down to 3.

Huge store! Lots of space. Kind of wasted space really.

Superb young woman served us and was very attentive to the menu options for gluten free which was very much appreciated.
I had the gf falafel wrap with vegan mayo. Was delicious
Hubby had the low carb menu wrap also filling and delicious

Great food. Relaxed atmosphere with dine-in and take away options. However they have gone to an order your own food system and honestly the waitress seems to get confused sometimes.

Service was good, but she got our order wrong, gave us beef, slipped the plates on the table an left. After she took our plates back to change the meat to chicken, she took another 15mins to correct it. Food hygiene and food handling was disgusting after seeing the same girl eating from the grill with her hands through the viewing window above the oven.
An overkill on the veges, as you can see in the picture, heaps of red cabbage and onion will leave the worst taste in your mouth, hardly any sauce to it, made it dry. I understand the veges being cold but because there was SO MUCH, that made the tiny amount of chicken meat just as cold by the time we received our meal.
No hair nets are worn, so beware of HAIR! In your food people.
Indian guy seemed to be the one in charge, ell he didn't have a very good attitude about our complaint.
To add to it, we paid $7.00 for the Banana smoothie that we cpuld hardly taste any banana in. So here it is. BAD REVIEW!

We won't be returning!

Tonight I bought two kebabs. One with meat and one with halloumi. The halloumi kebab was NOT toasted and the halloumi was NOT cooked. At all. The meat one was pretty below average. Cold. What the heck. I didn't order a stone cold undercooked kebab. Also, there was only two pieces of halloumi. Also, my partner found the end of a carrot. Un-grated. Thanks, I guess. Hope I don't get food poisoning by the way. Sort your stuff. Not the first time I've had undercooked halloumi from here either. Do not recommend.

NOT value for money, Over priced! Brought a chicken iskender, Half the trays all rice with a sprinkle of chicken on top with a small salad on the side $19. Should have been called rice iskender! C mon guys used to be amazing sadly not anymore what's going on seems like your short cutting the public?

Brought lamb shish instire for $20, and see it's $27 on Uber eats and that's before delivery fees and tips are added. You're not making it differently so any particular reason for such a steep increase?

Look forward to returning when they start using paper that doesn't stick to your kebab, apart from that very nice food.

I think the workers in this one need a little bit more of practice. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for my order while it was just sitting on the bench
