The technician here was super friendly and helpful.their price is cheaper than other local stores. She gave sound and reasonable explanation of the kind of work was required to fix items. Also she gave a clear outline of the time needed to complete the task. I have passed about the details of the store among my friends and family and hope with all of the cracked screens and other fixes she will be kept even busier than she is. I happily reccomend them.

Absolutely great service, the staff I encountered to change the battery were very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure everything was working correctly. A Techy friend recommended my partner and I bring my laptop here after taking a look and finding something wrong with the Video chip (Black screen), We took it in and was told it may not be fixable (It probably sounded like I was describing what would happen when the mother board is damaged) we left with high hopes anyway. To our surprise I got a call saying the laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up three hors after taking it in!

Such an amazing and Fast service from these guys! We weren't stung with a heafty price for the job either which is a WIN!
