Completely inedible and they put the wrong ingredients on the pizza. Manager was a nasty piece of work.

Be cautious with Big Cheese pizza, which costs $20. It's just a very expensive and untasty piece of bread with a little bit of cheese.

How can a pizza have so many toppings and be relatively tasteless? To find out go to Domino's. Also one of the last western food companies to pull out of Russia. Shame.
No offence meant to the underpaid staff that work long hours there.

Very much the straight text book domino's. But great for pick ups. Mine are always waiting for me hot and ready

I've been buying El Scorcho and Peppetoni pizzas from this outlet for MANY years and have never had a problem with either the quality or the customer service.
This evening I bought the same, but decided to get the Mega Pepperoni.
The El Scorcho had NO PEPPERONI AT ALL and when I asked the server and manager where it was, both replied "it's underneath" - it wasn't!
The Mega Pepperoni ($3 more than the standard) had barely any extra. When I pointed this out to the server, he IMMEDIATELY agreed and offered to replace it. The manager insisted it was OK and refused to admit it was very similar to the standard.
I'm not sure it this is due to a cost-cutting policy, or merely poor service, but I will be going elsewhere from now on

Didnt taste the best, the garlic bread was salty, the pizza was really thin, had no sauce and so much cheese, paid 27$ definitely wasnt worth it.

Ordered Pizza, it was ready on time and delicious. It's easy to just order on the app and pickup. Great job on the thin crust. However, the sides aren't too great and maybe needs a bit of improvement. But hey it's a pizza place with good pizza.

I ordered pizzas for delivery lastnight. It was meant to be delivered between 8.40-8.50pm. I received a call from the delivery driver at 9.10pm (I couldn’t answer the call as I was putting my baby to sleep) but I sent my mum outside straight away to see if he was there. There was no one up the driveway, she even looked down the street and still no one there. So maybe I thought he called to say he was late or something. I tried to call back but no answer. 15 minutes later I tried calling the Hastings store, still no answer. I called literally over 50 times to try and sort this out before the store closed. At one point I think they disconnect their phone or something as my calls weren’t going through. Sort it out.

The food is good and the service is as fast as they can go. Because it's so popular I ring my order in, then go and pick up. This cuts down the waiting time and cuts down the time you're standing in a group of 8 or more people. I think the shop needs an good old upgrade personally.but the pizzas are great.

Shocking delivery service my kids waited for two hours and still nothing tried ten times ringing back no one answers the phone.very poor service

Food is great but stuffed me an hubby around for change back due to pizza having classic crust not stuffed crust as per order an gave wrong change due on pick up

Pizzas had no taste even my kids didn't eat it I didn't blame them asked for a refund and all I got was a voucher that you have to spend $20 to use what did I say I don't like your food can I have my refund please you have my details thank you

Good pizzas only problem i had is not all staff were wearing their face masks correctly, their mouth and nose should be covered, they had all the mask under their chin.

Very busy store, order ahead or relax for 15mins while you wait. Honestly, 3 years since I typed that first bit and every time perfection, had a delivery old mate turn up, spent more time asking about what I do for a job, than worrying about anything else, this is what's called service and personal touch.

My pics say it all.all my must have default flavours are now brimming as soon as I open the box.using their template I get the same pizza every time now because without one of those flavours it aint worth it.dominoes crust is unique like no other and I'm sad to say it took an Ozzie to bring it home but they beat us in this race! Glad they did! Delicious pizza, Pizza Hutt icon is a memory wont even go there anymore now supermarket Pizza is just <URGH> where else can you get a Pizza like this for under $8.00?

Terrible service. Delivery showed up late, forgot the drink that was paid for. Driver said someone will drop it around. 2 hours later and 5 attempts at phoning the store, someone answered and manager said someone will deliver it in 20mins. 1.5 hours later still no delivery.
If I could give them a 0, I would.
To take money and not give what was paid for is theft.
Absolutely shocking.

If I could give a 0 I would abusive delivery people threatening me and bringing religion into things all because I clicked zero contact and the poor delivery driver didn't want to open my gate

Consistently get the order wrong, don't respond to negative reviews placed on the website, and staff don't wear masks - let alone the public. Unsafe and disappointing, switching to pizza hut.

Ordered a vege pizza with bacon.wow I didn't realize that I legit got 2 2 inch pieces of bacon spread over 2 slices of pizza! What a waste of the extra $$! Maybe don't be so scroogey next time.not that I will order this again.

Was a Hassel talking to the employee, obviously she was a trainee but was frustrating. Called up in regards to a voucher that I wanted to use, followed the guidelines on my end, clear guidance wasnt given, told to talk to IT about it from the manager as it was something on their system that hadn't been updated and the manager was unaware on what I was talking about, he did say he could do it this time Explained I was going off the website and my voucher, miscommunication and advertising and a haseel lost my apatite and didn't bother about the pizza in the end, which was meant to be a 2 min call ended up being 20 minutes what a frustrating experience
