Accidentally wiped out everything from my samsung phone, when I tried to factory reset it. Took it in to Fix it store yesterday (Saturday) & they said it would be ready in a few hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick it up the same day & told them I'd come back on Tuesday (being Queen's Birthday weekend). They said they're open Sunday & Monday. I was rapped not having to wait till Tuesday. Picked it up this avo & everything on my phone is as if it was spanking brand new! Thanks Fix it. You've made my day!

Went there for a battery and lightning connector replacement. They did it in less than one hour (160NZ$ as a combo). Had a little problem after that but it seems that i was responsible for it. But they helped me in no time and didn't charged me for that. Can really recommend that store and would come back. Thank you!

They were friendly enough but not particularly quick to get back to me and didn't seem confident in giving me the advice I needed. It felt like they weren't really interested in helping me. I know phone repairs can be a nuisance, bit it's what they ate supposedly good at and focused on, so I felt disappointed.

I smashed my screen of my iPhone 6 at 8: 00am. Took it to Fix IT at 8: 20am and by 8: 45am the screen was replaced and works brilliantly. The cost was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this business.

They said they would be able to fix the home button on an iPhone 8 but after three attempts it still doesn't work any better than it used to.

My mother took her new phone there while passing through town, now her phone is bricked and requires a password we do not have.
The lady who was cruel to my mother was both uncaring, unprofessional and univested in her as a customer.
I suspect that because FixIT didn't care about my mother's device since they knew she was passing through and assumed her tech illiteracy wouldnt result in it coming back to them with a deserved one star review.

Took my iPhone 6 + in for screen to be glued back down turned out they broke the screen, I paid for a new 1 and now my camera doesn’t work or the torch and I can only hear when on speaker. Made a simple problem into a whole new phone required. Not refunded in full! Not replaced battery as I paid for and not a software glitch. Broken and ruined by your incompetent. Stop scamming
