Absolutely amazing customer service! This gentleman fixed an issue with my phone in 1 minute. Previously I spent 45 min in a waiting line to spark plus two visits to the spark store, both times they did not know what the issue was and told me I needed to purchase a new phone. They gave me a choice for a aftermarket screen or a original screen but found they were over priced

Do not take your cell phone here to get screen fixed or replaced they literally put screen on with tape which caused my screen to bleed and glitch couldn't see anything.got it fixed else where they showed me how my screen was taped on with double sided tape.

Took my phone to be repaired and was told that it would need to be sent to Auckland to repair. My phone was picked up by NZ post and the parcel went missing. My phone and all of my accounts were then hacked and money transferred from my banking apps. There is currently a police investigation and private investigation pending. The issue was not made better by the Fonematenz writing my phone's passcode ON THE PHONE when they sent it, meaning the hackers were able to easily get in to my phone and all of my data. I sincerely hope that they change their methods as this poses a great security risk to their customers, which they do not seem to take seriously. My entire life was turned upside down and I am still dealing with the implications of this hacking. It has been an incredibly frustrating and harrowing experience. Ensure you check with Fonematenz what their security measures are before handing them your phone or risk being in the same position as me.

Had a gel screen protector on and went to find a glass one. The lady nicely offered to put on the new screen protector on while she ripped off the $60 gel one I got somewhere else, have got a weird liquidy centre on my phone from this new one quite irritating as it look like water underneath.
Have dropped my phone on my CARPET this afternoon and this happened straight away.
Waste of time and money.

I looked around for a replacement screen for my phone, most places said Tey had o order it in & that it would take awhile & then more time possible 48 hours to repair.
